Hi All, I'm hoping its the exhaust mannifold thats loose but how can i tell? It only rattles when i accelerate. Can't really describe the sound though. J

Took her nice & easy as it was dark & foggy, see what you lot mean about the stock headlights :confused: think first call is a set of HID's Boost controller stayed on low but even still she was bloody quick :shock: I haven't had time to figure out where everything is so i'm sure there will be questions ;) J

She's a J spec with recent new engine & turbo techinics turbo's Owner claimes 400ish BHP but i'll get her Dyno's before i make any claims to that effect lol J

Hi guys - i've been lurking in the shadows doing as much reading as i can. Thanks to the help from people here i am now looking forward to picking up my 300ZX next weekend :hyper: :hyper: :hyper: She's a 1989 300ZX Twin Turbo, in Yellow :D The current owners got her in the garage today for a check up & to get the T-bars sorted as they leak a bit but fingers crossed i'll be the proud owner next weekend :hyper: :bow: I've had a look over & he's added a boost controller & tubby timer & also the Auto box has a dedicated cooler attached. I'll get better pics next week but i couldn't wait :rofl: J

agreed - The Rock did an OK job but right at the end it just got silly with the game graphics... Shame we didn't see more of the BFG. J

I know the PTU2 is the series 2 Power Transfer unit The PCV is Positive Crankcase Ventilation valve I think EGR is the Exhaust Gas Recirculating Valve. Not to sure on the rest J

Heritage quote - 580 quid FC limited to 6000 miles.... Asked how friendly they were to modifications as the current owner estimates around 400bhp.... another 50% increase on those mods.. so around 900 quid FC :hyper: :D J
