  1. The car is running correctly yeah. The tester could not find the car on the database. So he put it in as 'other' therefore only doing the HC and CO test. How can I check the TPS and idle settings? Sent from my D6503 using Tapatalk
  2. Hi, As stated, my car failed it's MOT on excessive CO. I am using #6 rating NGK iridium plugs and running 10psi boost. My results according to the tester were 4500 and they are supposed to be 3900 or less. I have read a trick yo disconnect one of the vacuum pipes on the plenum, does this work? Are there any other tricks I can do before I end up crawling into a corner and crying? Does Redex do anything? Any help is much appreciated. Thank-you Chris Sent from my D6503 using Tapatalk
  3. Would like to swap for a nose panel in similar condition and the same colour, anything but this, it just doesn't do it for me. Chris
  4. 2016 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo - JDM (2016-07-31 21:09:38)
  5. Spent about 14 hours last night, changing my cam belt, replacing all pulleys, changed water pump, a VTC gear, VTC springs and few other misc items. Mainly giving my engine bay a good scrub while all stripped down. Ill give you a before and after now, although i didn't take many photos when it was rather crappy as its nothing to be proud of.
  6. These came off my Z, I'm not into loads of speakers and amazing sound, so they can go to someone on here. Price includes postage to UK. Chris
  7. Got mine, thank-you!
  8. Holy moly, I'm ordering from Concept Z again. Just saved myself £50.
  9. Thankyou for the quick reply, i tried Nissan already and they do not supply them anymore. I will check out Concept Z and see if it is cheeper.
  10. Hi, I recently bought a timing belt tensioner on Z-Centre, after not having any contact for a week i decided to ring. It turns out he has none in stock and wont be buying them until the pound increases in value. He said i will have to wait until the pound increases so he can buy them in which could take weeks. Where can i get a new tensioner from in the UK? My car is tapping on the top end so i cannot drive it, leaving me without a car. I need this job doing asap and the cam belt 120k service is due, so i refuse to take it all apart to put it back together again to take it all apart again to put it all back together...again. Can anyone advise me? Thank-you
  11. I've ordered a new VTC gear, i was driving home at night no problem, the next morning this happens. I treat the car with respect, no revving at cold or daft things like that.
  12. Just spent £583.05 on servicing gear. I hope to hell it's worth it!
  13. I have removed the cam belt covers, nothing is hitting them, the belt was done 60k ago
  14. Hi, Please listen to the video provided and tell me what you think [video=youtube_share;W4mZw5UOc60] I have read it could be the VTC Is the VTC part of the timing gear or can it be replaced separate? Thank-you Chris
  15. As title, would prefer to be in good condition and with all fittings and fixings.
  16. Sorted it, thankyou for your help. Someone has obviously had it apart before and not put it back right. The end of the ducting was all folded in on itself, blocking the passageway.
  17. As simple as that? I take it the pipe above the pedals goes straight to the fan?
  18. Hi This is pretty much as the title states, the air will not blow out of the drivers side door. If there is a common fault or if anyone knows a potential issue with this that would be appreciated. The car is a daily and i don't fancy opening a can of worms and driving to work in a mess of wires and panels Cheers Chris
  19. Hi, The radiator on my '93 JDM TT has got a fracture in it. While in the process of replacing this there are a few things i would like to know: Are the rads on the manual and auto the same? I am aware that the auto box has to be cooled but does it use a separate radiator, or is it built into one for the autos? Second, my viscous fan is broken, it is engaged all the time. Is there an easy fix with this, or is it worth removing and replacing with electric fans, or simply replacing with a new viscous coupling? Thank-you in advance Chris
  20. Same for everything. Drove me mad too, just buy loads of parts and the shipping will be the same. Hate the fact they don't add tax on until the end too! Sent from my D6503 using Tapatalk
  21. I got it from Folkestone, took me the good part of 14 hours!
  22. I require pretty much all of the boot cosmetics. The bash panels, the speakers, the wood support and the carpet If anyone can help that would be great Cheers Chris
  23. I require this item please, in full working order with the pictures in good condition Regards Chris
  24. Wanted please if anyone can help, i don't really want to buy a brand new one if i could buy a decent second hand one. The centre console: As shown above for a RHD vehicle. Regards Chris
