The faint battery light is usualy a sign that your alternators rectifier is packing up .. i dont see how this would cause any of the other problems you have.. i would check and clean all your engine bay earth points for starters.. the chassis earth on the zed isnt the best ive seen

OK had a ton of PM's, E-mails.. thanks for the response guys .. and dolls The cost is down to how much you want to spend basicly.. im not after a Zed to carry multiple 15,000 to 25,000 watts of audio equipment as thats what im doing to mine .. the equipment being used will be down to you, with all technical from me, you tell me how you want it to look and i will build it .. at the end of the day its your car and youre going to be driving it .. all i want is to beable to borrow you and your car for the day for shows to promote my products .. but i would say a rough guideline will be £1000 - how ever far you want to go .. it might sound a lot but when you consider amplifiers , speakers, subs , cabling , sound deading ,battery, capacitor, etc it soon mounts up .. if you really are serious then give me a call on 07886 660 295 and thanks again for all the PM's etc
