Still awaiting a reply from the twinz , ive opted to buy the mould and become their European distributor as i already supply other parts of europe with body kits.. please be patient .. due to buying the mould this means the UK price will be a lot cheaper .. at estimated cost between £350-£375 .. a few legal matters will tie this for a bit but i will let you all know in due course John

flaking only tends to happen when the base metal hasnt been cleaned or the plating isnt applied at the right bath temperature .. the prob with plating ally parts on the zed you need to get it polished first to get a good coat of plating .. catch 22

sounds to me like youre over powering the transformers .. common mistake , check the output watts on the transformer always allow 10% more power on the transformer to watts on the bulb .. ie: 110w transformer =100w of of bulbs .. failing that bud when you get the gauges in i'll have a look at em for ya John
