safety boost
Hi guys, was wondering if you could help me with a prob,my car is running great ,but was not boosting like it used to ,so i did an ecu check and got a code 34. det sensor or harness,my question is ,as it is obviously running in safety boost is it alright to run the car in safety or should i get it sorted asap, the thing is i've spent so much on the car lately, i could do with a little rest ,or at least my credit card could, lol.so is it alright to leave it as is or do i have to bite the bullet and get it done,if so is it an expensive job to do ,cheers guys for your help.

Window tint removal
I used a hairdryer, start at the top of the window and warm it up and you will find it will peel away, then you have to clean the residue of glue off,i used white spirit, that should do the trick.

Newbie help please
I think you will find that there is no differance insuring a n/a to a tt ,one of those strange things about insurance,so financially no differance, also fuel consumption are almost the same around the 20mpg mark infact i get better mpg uot of my tt on the motorway than i did from my n/a,performance wise no comparison,tt will slaughter an n/a,mildly tuned under 5's.so get the TT and save yourself time and money later as converting an n/a to a TT is not a viable option.

he's paying £2400 tpft,as far as the gearbox is concerned ,yes the jap auto's do have smaller coolers but saying that never had any problem with mine ,and if your worried not very expensive for the bigger cooler,or do what i did and have it converted to manual.

Try sky insurance they insure my 21 year old son on his imported supra and he's got a drink drive conviction, then you can look at imports with much less miles, and no rust, they dont use salt in japan only volcanic ash clever little japs! My jap import has done 52k and is like new underneath.

electrical connectors
Hi guys was thinking of replacing some of my old connectors in the engine bay ,i dont mean the coil pack or injecter connecters but the ordinary 2 and 3 pin connecters, but was talking to mike feaney today and he says that you cannot buy them, but basically he says you can use any connecter as long as its the same number of pins, has anybody changed theirs, and if so what did you use,i was thinking maybe 200sx as easy to get hold of any ideas?cheers guys.

auto/manual conversion help
Hi guys, and gals, sorry iam not jimmy savile,i wonder if you could help, ive just had my tt converted to a manual, and i thought the exhaust was blowing a little and it seemed a little week, thinking if the exhaust was blowing mybee that would explain it,so got under the car this morning and noticed that on my exhaust there are two metal pipes that come off each side of the exhaust,oh by the way its a kakimoto exhaust, these pipes join flexible hoses then go into metal pipes and disapear into the engine bay maybe under the wings, the thing is both these pipes had not been connected up again ,is there a reason for this, idont want to connect them up if they have been left off for a reason, the car when you pull up would cut out as if it had a vac leak could this also cause this any help guys would be great.thanks.

cost of manual conversion
zen garage charge £400 labour and you have to source parts yourself, ztech who are doing mine at the moment charge £1500 plus vat including all parts and rps street clutch they also give you a waranty, where as the zen garage dont because you supply the parts,if you know what your doing you can do the job yourself if you can source the parts, but i think £1500 plus vat is really cheep for the amount of work involved and ryan has a great reputation.
