What adapter? It should just be boss, quick disconnect, wheel But as I said the wheel will have to be a 6 bolt aftermarket wheel.

That's the same thing Allows you to fit a steering wheel like this: It will not help you fit an OEM or Firebird wheel

I think you are misunderstanding what a Boss is. Yes this boss is compatible with the Z (non Hicas), it is not however a quick disconnect and will not allow you to put an original or Firebird wheel on. OEM wheels attach straight to the spline. This boss is an adapter which allows you to put aftermarket 6bolt steering wheels on (such as momo wheels). You can get quick disconnect adapters which bolt to these but it will more the wheel far forward. To fit an OEM wheels back on or a Firebird (god forbid why you would want that wheel), you would have to somehow cut and weld a 6bolt plate on the back. I do not recommend you do this, keep the OEM wheel, or install a proper quality aftermarket steering wheel.

Build the car to thrill the children :) I haven't been there as I am unfortunately the child, but to me it looks like he's lost the motivation more than he needs the money. If he thinks he can finish it, do it. Once you have a finished car that is drivable (the fun part), then he can re-evaluate (Also being worth more as a finished project)

He hasn't come on in a long time, he hasn't advertised his car for sale anywhere, only through word of mouth. Even if he did get more exposure Im not sure if an NA could fetch that much except to a very specific buyer. All parts are solely advertised on a Facebook group, including impul kit, interior, wheels, exhaust etc.

He's been trying to sell it for around 6 months, however as it is an NA he cannot get close to the prices the car is worth (he's asking £5000), and he's not in a position to TT swap or shell swap anymore, so breaking it is the best financial option it seems.

I think it has to be in the right colour. He is missing the lenses but this is what i'm going for (OEM impul, pic courtesy of a member on here) I'm not a fan of his rear because he's missing a very important option that is the mesh. The skirts are probably the best skirts for the Z (imo), but the spoiler is not everyones cup of tea.
