  1. IMO id prefer the leather Sparcos, the Koenig bolsters look too big and uncomfortable.
  2. If it was a dead alternator surely if it was left off for a couple of days, the alternator wouldn't drain the battery, it would only drain when the car is running as it is not topping up the battery. Maybe wrong but that's my logic If your car is running and you hook it up to a multimeter, if the alternator is working it should rise to about 14v. There could be a short somewhere which is draining the battery (maybe) Just some possibilities, i'm not a mechanic lol
  3. But its at £180 and still 2 days left :scared:
  4. What about the zclub meet? Does anyone go to that regularly?
  5. The only thing about the spoiler removal is that the cars that have them stock has a big hole for the brake light, so you will either need to weld it up or get a new tailgate :S The 300zx does look nice without a spoiler though.
  6. Would be cool for some of the basildon and essex guys to come to some bluewater meets once in a while ;)
  7. I'll be there later on in the year most likely.
  8. I don't know much about Pontiacs but the older style front bumper does look better IMO, more "muscle car"
  9. Here you go lee, Maybe Si will have something to say now...
  10. I understand that but it is not within everyone's reach to get brand new ones, so I was giving some advise to obtain any.
  11. If you are looking for some shagpile mats my advise is to just keep a look out online, and from any breakers. I got some for mine at £10 from Gumtree as I snatched them up quickly.
  12. The item is an auction so I believe there is only one available.
  13. Current price roughly translates to £31 and there will be probably £30 postage.

Do you have it stripped yet for paint? And is the engine fine now?

That may be too far for me as it will be over an hour and a half journey. also zx300twinturbo is in redhill a bit further from me, and art who is down in folkestone! By all means you can go yourself some put some pictures up in this thread. We could miss this month if people are not too motivated as I have lots on at the moment, including doing my timing belt which will eat up most of my weekends.

I am not the one driving mine but when i did get an insurance quote (age 17) it was at 4.5 grand, which is reasonable as its about the same as a 4 door sedan 2l.
  22. That was on CT this morning, i had to argue over the comments of everyone slating it :P  (CT is CarThrottle which is sort of a car social media site)
  23. That's what I'm hoping.
