  1. Why not both
  2. Thanks for the advice anyway. I'll be back at it tomorrow, remove those two bolts and hopefully take off the crank pulley without the need for a pulley removal tool
  3. Yes... But not an automatic unfortunately
  4. To lodge the driveshaft to undo the crank pulley bolt. Apologies but I am on my phone and Tapatalk is horrible to navigate
  5. Soo heat shield off, I only see one bolt. Please don't tell me there are bolts at the top
  6. No the cats are further back that that. and yes battery disconnected
  7. Two at the front, and one right behind the exhaust........,........
  8. I have an auto
  9. How is so hard to get out? I undid the easy bolts for the bracket at the bottom, but there is a bolt behind the exhaust for the guard, and looks like there is one higher up. Do people take the downpipes off to get it out. I'm so confused
  10. This is probably the dumbest question asked but will any transmission or oil fluid leak when I take the starter motor out as the starter is at the bottom? And to make 100% sure this is what I am removing isn't it?
  11. Yes you have to have an account for that one also, but I'm not going so don't worry about me xD
  12. You can I think. Click go advanced and then manage attachments Since I as a non registered user can't see the 350 attachment
  13. I'm not going to doubt Andy can do this, but it would be hugely expensive in parts that it might not be worth him having an attempt
  14. That's what they all say...
  15. :ban: me :( At least I've seen vanishing point
  16. I guess not O.O Maybe I have. What's the reference?
  17. I love this one Pretty much the same design lol
  18. Good luck, remember there is ALWAYS next time. All the best
  19. Did writing that bring a tear to your eye?
  20. Happy birthday mate
  21. Yeah it was removed, I have it on my desk next to me. It uses a different plug to that. The whole reason Im disassembling the dash is to find the connecting wires to plug it back in It's a blitz sbc i-d
  22. Hmm maybe registered users can't create wanted threads then. I thought they could.
  23. That's weird because I have the turbo timer that was unplugged from the car, and was looking for the wires for it, the plug and colours of wires look wrong though for the one I have. Is there a guide to taking out some more of the dash, I have to remove a defi gauge controller box, and find out where the boost controller wires come through the firewall.
  24. You can put up a thread in the wanted area if you want :)
