  2. nice to see the welding gloves in the intakes
  3. theres a alternative as zedworld do engine swaps for a good unit for £1500
  4. forgot to mention if you really want to get rid of the pcv you can fit a vacuum pump to the crank breather lines to provide that suction, just run the vac through a catch can
  5. the crankcase requires the suction from the plenum when the pcv valve is open as the suction pulls clean air through the crankcase using the front tubes, if you dont have suction on those pipes then you dont get a fresh air flush through the crankcase, not a major downer but it degrades the oil quality quicker
  6. you cant just fit breathers on the rear valves, they have a secondary function of a clean air flush through the front tubing on the cam covers, you can fit filters on the front pipes and block off the feed to the intake though without any problems
  7. feckin ell , that time already, happy another day older day fella
  8. I have been saying this for ages now and everyone was going the electric fans are fine, no they arnt simply because they cant match the viscous fan output
  9. ok im leaving my current job, today they mega pissed me off by ****ing up my final salary and then cancelling the whole salary payment in case they overpaid me, after a lot of shouting at payroll ive got them to agree to pay me cash tomorrow once they recalculate my final pay packet, this isnt the issue though, in my contract I am contracted for 38 hrs of work and then a clause called hours as required which means you work till the job is done basically, when i first questioned this they told me it was what the company required of me as management and would not be paid for, they used this excuse to have me work above 38 hours every single damn week, it was used as a rotating saturday work schedule and a rotating late night in the week all of which was expected and not paid, seeing as I was pissed off today i called the hr department and demanded a explanation of the hours as required statement, it turns out I was misled and the extra time i worked was supposed to be given back in lieu , i told the company i am taking them to grievance over the last 3 years of being misled and they owe me over 3000 hours of time, anyone been throiugh this and have any advice, if i pull it off its worth £24k to me in unpaid time? If you read this far well done
