  1. sorry smithy - didnt know if you were still trading? :) smithy's the man then
  2. I know Waz, it got to be the biggest cop out answer of all!!! & we're meant to be a scientific & technologically advanced society!! why does god let all this suffering go on - "cos he does" why doesnt god ever show himself to others - " cos he doesnt" oh, ok then! that explains everything :D
  3. chris - I gave my local nelson dealer the part no for the series 2 PTU & they dont even list it!! $159 from courtesy & i repaired mine to keep me on the road. :)
  4. if it makes you feel any better Timmy, they also like to munch on German sausage flavoured Merc wiring too :D
  5. are you modified or thinking of modding in the future? if so i'd recommend getting an uprated clutch such as an RPS. with the RPS you get the clutch plate, cover, release bearing & spigot bearing. took me about 3 1/2 - 4 hrs IIRC, would have been quicker but all my downpipe nuts were siezed & had to carefully heat them up to release them. I also fitted an lightened flywheel & replaced the rear main oil seal at the same time. hth
  6. i'v never understood the need to believe in some god that no-one has ever seen or proved to exist. in fact even if a god was proved to exist i see no need to worship him & waste my sundays! many wars that have taken place are over religion. WTF is that all about?? surely religion is meant to be a good thing for those that believe in it and as for the god squad that comes knocking on my door every now & again, why do they come round on sundays???? isnt that meant to be gods day of rest?? WTF are they doing their work on a sunday for. (ahhh I could be preaching in my spare time) i want to spend time with my family on sundays, are they really that bored?? like timmy says, if there really is an all powerful being that created everything, then why on gods earth ( ;) ) does he let all this shit go on here???
