unless they develop it as a plug in hybrid generally the engine will charge the batteries for the electric drive & also use regenerative braking to charge it. best of both worlds then - no need to plug in to chage & have the use of an electric drive cutting in under correct conditions

I threw mine in the bin & welded the hole up LOL! There is still an antenna in the rear screen that will pick up strong FM signals - not as good as the main antenna but I never listen to the radio anyway :)

:lol::lol::lol: You know - that just about sums it up!!!! As for more cylinders = better sound, its just not always the case. The V12 Mercedes are silky smooth but sound a bit pants TBH - the AMG C63 V8 engine on the other hand sounds like the most angry Merc engine ever!! A lot of what sounds "nice or sporty" is a lot down to noise tuning by the manufacturer - the same V12 engine which sounds pants is fitted to the Pagani Zonda - AMG V12, fek me does that sound nice!! The Stratos V6 does sound spot on IMHO

I would imagine they are all bearing/rose jointed components free from bushes :)

LOL! yea - I used to work for Lancia back then - remember driving my first Intergarale!! What a machine!! That twin cam lump was the nuts!! :bow: They made the Thema 8.32 with a V8 Ferarri lump - then brough out the 16v 2.0 twin cam lump which was quicker LOL!!

Do you mean diesel engines still? New ones have petrol 300 & 350 or CDI versions. where abouts are you?? Are you only looking at brand new or would you consider used?? if you are comparing to the old W163 model ML there is no comparison - I had one for a while (bought it as a trade in bargain LOL!) - was a right old bus to drive LOL!!

We use Parrot as an aftermarket phone fit all the time on Mercs for people that dont want to retro fit a factory system (expensive!) good kit & a whole range of models including ipod integration if you want it!! :)
