new FAQ write up on 4wheel alignment
last week i fitted my KYB shocks & Eibach springs, gave a nice firm ride with minimal roll after fitting these. yesterday i fitted my front upper arms & lower tension rods & aligned the vehicle. this has totally transformed the handling & i am very pleased with the results :) i done a write up on 4 wheel alignments as there are quite a few questions on what can/cant be done. hope this helps & if anyone would like to see anythin else covered then let me know :) link to FAQ

Be Gentle I'm a "virgin", honest.
I dont think it was hugely expensive, ally props have a tendency to twist on high power cars
-
Should i swap my z
speak to jock - he may be able to help with a new chip, fitting is easy once the ecu has been socketed

James (jaffa) has fitted a 1 piece carbon fibre prop to his car, speak to him about it. i think he had to order from the states

Upper LinkArms
dunno really - i ordered them along with a whole load of other stuff
-
Should i swap my z
noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!! they were nice in their day (IMO) but look well old hat now. can be very pricey to maintain, especially if not well looked after. 90% are real dogs IME. well looked after ones are really hard to come by. if you really want one, then try to find the 560 version - bit more grunt (nothing like a TT zed tho ;))

Upper LinkArms

FAO PaulC
yeah, here it is: thats the only part you might get caught out on if the tester isnt aware of it :) its not uncommon to pass the CO test, but fail the HC test with tuned engines with lumpy cams etc that dont idle too well
