fairly easy job to do, tho you will need spring compressors, the strut itself just unbolts from under the bonnet & on the hub. do you want stock or uprated shocks??

iv got the JWT, which is basically a rebadged K&N, am very happy with it. good value for money IMO :)

the 60k service does not include the water pump & hoses, most of us just fit them as it makes sense while you are there. & TBH i dont think that overfilling with oil would be the cause of big end failure, tho it could cause the seal to fail
