Timing belt question...
Variable Valve Timing, just go in the inlet sprockets. you need to remove them if you want to replace the cam seals (which i did)

set them up to the same length as the old ones then get them adjusted at a 4WA place. luckily I have my own :p

doddle mate, bolt straight on as a direct replacement. wind in & out to adjust! :)

it really depends on what he will take!! would you want to drop that much on a car?!?!? if its one you like the look of then go get more spec on it - if its got JWT 530's it could have bigger injectors, IC's etc etc.

Timing belt question...
deffo, Courtesy do a 120k kit which is what i done on mine, includes belt, tensioner, idlers, water pump, cam/crank seals, water hoses, thermostat, VVT springs etc.

155, 165 - if your talking of chipping it then it dont matter anyway ;) had mine timed at 4.7 secs 0-60 & had it up to 175mph still pulling! :bow:

http://www.machinemart.co.uk/product.asp?p=000310848&r=2017&g=103 this is what you want, as said - air ratchets are not suitable for this sort of thing. are bloody good for dissasembly work once the bolts been cracked off. but you tend to crack the nut/bolt undone 1st. depending on how much you want to spend you may want to pay out for a more heavy duty one than above, Clarke aint that great TBH, but prob ok for the occasional home use :)
