  9. Thanks, think that is what I'll go for... just looking at getting a set of Continental SportContact 5's. Should be much better than the mismatch I have on now!
  10. Just found this.... it says a 265 would fit on the rear??? http://www.350z-tech.com/wiki/index.php?title=Wheel_Specifications
  11. Would 235 be abit slim for the rear though? I'll be honest, never had aftermarket wheels on any of my cars before so always fitted the factory sizes as a replacement. I suppose the 235 should look abit nicer as they will have a slight stretch?
  12. I'll be honest Si, I'm not sure. I've looked on Wikipedia and it looks like they only ever made them 8.0. They were sold on ebay as staggered which at the time I believed to be the tyre size? - - - Updated - - - I'll be honest Si, I'm not sure. 13. So, am I ok to go for a wider width? wasn't sure as I've only ever had standard tyres on my other cars.... I know I want to lower the profile but will the wider tyres look right and fit right or will they kind of over hang the wheel? I get that the wider the tyre, the better the grip.... the wheels that were on the car originally had a set of 235 40 18 on the font and 265 35 18 on the rear but the wheels were buckled badly which was the main reason I changed them
  14. The time is approaching that I need to replace my tyres.... (the tyres on at the moment came with the wheels I purchased last month) The wheels are the 18" staggered ones from a 350z ( I believe they are the touring model?) My question is, what would be the best tyre size to replace the current 225 45 18 at the front and 245 45 18 at he rear? I feel that the profile is too big at the mo and was thinking maybe either 40 or 35 all round? If so, would that cause any issues with the wheels? also, the fronts currently look to have a little stretch on them and whereas the rears don't? In my opinion the fronts look a little nicer but I'll open it up to suggestions..... here's a pic of the wheels anyway.....
  15. Hi All, I'm going to have a drive up to this on Sunday morning if anyones interested? http://nwscc.co.uk/pscm
  16. I have dump valves on mine and mines an auto....... Personally, I like them. They don't go off all the time when driving steady but do put a smile on my face when I'm giving it some beans as Ian said. Whether I'd have fitted them if the car didn't come with them.... probably not, but I won't be taking them off in the near future:)
  17. Had a good time yesterday. Was great to catch up and meet a few new people.... Didn't realise they all lived so close to me! The Yellow Zed and Supra looked really good together on the drive down! The donuts were pretty good too........
  18. Hi all, After a Fibreglass series 1 spoiler (89 spec) Has to be in perfect condition but doesn't matter what colour it is

  20. Indeed, if the rest ends up looking ad good as underneath... You'll have a fine looking Zed there!
  21. Added some rep anyway mate:)
  22. Thanks for this morning Dan, great to meet you and your Zed! Passenger side perfect... Drivers still catching as we expected due to us not being able to roll it with the rust patch. Need to get that sorted first.
  23. Hi All, Does anyone have any of these lenses going spare? Mine are all cloudy and one side looks duller than the other when shining down. Thanks David
