Have also heard similar.... :confused: :) Have now De-catted second ZX......Had no smoke on the first Z after removal on stock tubs................A little smoke from cold on this one, but nothing major (touch wood), but think myself its a combination factor as mentioned above.....Age/mileage on stock Turbo's and how high you are boosting, plus quality of oils are all contributing factors... :) :confused:

Thats very true... Dependant on your cars BHP/torque suspension and mapping, in a straight line race I'd say the (sorry all, but brother has TT Sup though quite a few extra's :cool: ), that if he gets the single turbo conversion/has large single conversion and is set-up eg.fueling/tuning wise CORRECTLY, he would win. Hate it when the Supra vs ZX debate comes up...Love my Z, but also appreciate what a great car the Supra is too :(

Caught some nice ones there :shock: Where do you normally fish? Love fishing myself, my Dad used to take me beach fishing alot when I was younger and its kinda stuck, although I personally now prefer Pike fishing. :)

Well as a newb to the site, haven't had the pleasure of meeting up with you yet, know there are a few guys that are fairly local to me though, so am sure what with the shows coming up soon hopefully that will change...Have one thing in common I spose with everyone here, so be happy to meet with any ZX owners :) But would like to meet; Chunk....From posts just seems a great up-for-it kinda person. Mac1...Well he IS the 'MAC'...And I worship his Z. MantaV8...For another amazing build. NeilMorris...That colour is stunning. and can't remember name, but guy with the 'chrome teeth' looking front end. And all the guys who work at the various Z repair centres/trade sellers on site, to thank them for the help and friendly advice. :) :) :)

Am also currently stripping down Engine for full rebuild, have fun and hope all goes well :)

Now about to head the same route, Engine is out today, and the way I'm looking at it is to base the supporting mods around the size and type of turbo's. After stripping down the Engine will be rebuilt with forged pistons/ upgraded conrods and other parts that may not be neccessary for the power the car ends up with, but I figure while the engine is out, make it a safe and strong engine, rather than going back to fix what could have been done earlier. :confused: Don't forget your KOYO rad... :D
