Thanks I've got some motorcycle parts i got to get powder coated so i was going to get them done at the same time anyone remove the baffle plate before

I had some motorcycle parts powder coated before i think they just cover the bits that didn't need Coating with masking tape

It looks aball ache to remove i thought they could be tape up with gaffer tape before Blasting an Coating

Hi i have now got the decats an elbows was sent the wrong elbow now all sorted I've got a few bits that need do rocker cover looks like its leaking so i was going to get the rocker covers an plenum Powder coated an do a water bypass an egr at the same time would it be easyer to change elbows why doing these jobs any thing else i should do at the same time thanks Stephen

Hi can you powder coat rocker cover with out removing internal baffle plate I've notice one of the plastic bits in one of the rocker cover is broken oil filler one does it matter thanks Stephen

thanks when they turn up I get a picture up I told him that mine was a tt 1991 an he said that's what they were for they new never used from the pictures I seen one looks right the other doesn't one got a longer neck an were they bolt up to the turbo they look different thanks Stephen

Have you tried cleaning it up with with a wire brush that goes on the end of drill it might not be as bad as it looks
