  1. You shouldn't sell your Z for the same reason I shouldn't sell mine; I'll only end up buying another, probably at a higher price.
  2. They're very reliable cars, if cared for well. At this point, it can be challenging to find one that has always been.
  3. So I've wondered, do they have many cars for sale? Their website always lists very few, but maybe they only list the best: http://www.z32-zone.com/cgi-bin/Get-Z/db.cgi?action=online_shop&data_file=./data.dat&target_num=808 Rarely see a TT there, either. £2,000 can hardly be right though, one is listed for £9,600
  4. Enjoy the trip Si! ...on the off-chance you can communicate well with the lads in Zone, would you consider asking if they know which Recaro fabric is used on my version R seats? :whistling:
  5. Well, the Halfords one is cheap and definitely better than nothing!
  6. If you want to put the money into a great cover then I wouldn't recommend the Halfords one. I found it fine for the first year or two, but it's letting a lot of condensation in now.
  7. The thing about doing it with a slicktop is it's not obvious it's a slicktop.
  8. I wouldn't count on that the way the DUP are getting on :tongue_smilie:
  9. I'd stick with OEM too. I do like some other bumpers, such as Abflug or Mission, but you'll never get quite as good fitment. Up to a TT conversion, I think I'd stick with the bumper you have. Rarely see them!

  11. Paid my road tax, and shovelled the snow off it. Hoping I'll get to use that road tax some time soon...
  12. Looks like you got one in decent shape! Best of luck with it. On a side note I never heard back about auctions this early in the morning. I guess Gary just gets up earlier than my agent
  13. Looks like Zone appreciate the visitors!
  14. Depends, at auction yeah but there's always a few slicktops for sale from dealers. Most are TT though so you could expect a higher cost.
  15. I'm pretty sure UPS are wise to it. Always seems like they charge me more than they would if they believed the stated value.
  16. Sounds like an alternator bearing.
  17. I was sort of hoping he'd drive it off a sand dune.
  18. Do you have a source for them? According to CZP they're discontinued.
  19. And now for a dealer special... 1999 GCZ32 version R (manual, twin turbo) with only 38,000 KM. Asking price of about £25,000. This garage always has the best cars.
  20. 24/02/2018 - 1993 GZ32 It, uhm, caught my eye.
  21. 23/02/2018 - 1996 Z32 (version S?) One for the fans of black roofs
  22. Which foot plate do you mean? Maybe it's a different fabric/colour but would actually fit? Convertibles (mostly?) had specific interiors, e.g. door liners which would probably fit other models.
