Skin defo dont cover hole. Im doing mine at mo and removed wiper too. Make sure you use fibre glass filler to make the 1st and 2nd fill for the wiper. Then regular 2 pack smooth filler, then spray on primer filler for a super flat finish to take regular primer....then colour etc. Give the fibre glass filler and reg fillers time to shrink and settle for around a week for a brill long term non shrunk finish.
