Thats a good point bud, I had to open the keyway just a little to get it to take, been fine ever since.

You dont need timing marks on that pulley, you're thinking of the one that holds the timing belt.

Theyre all made from the same ally bud, if its been lathe or cnc lathe machined I doubt it will be out of balance. For a start there would have to be major probs with the manufacture of the material to get the density off so it went out of balance. Ive got an ebay pulley, its made of the same stuff as unorthodox...why the diff in price...name thats all. Either way its a good mod :D

I thought government was by the peeps for the peeps....not anymore :( I wonder what life will be like in 2100 ???
