Not necesserily. Depends on how you pay for it, 9000 is roughly 3 times less than any other one on there. Either this guy is a complete numpty or there's something not right with the car. Zero feedback does not inspire any confident either. No wuestions asked or answered on the auction either

Both of mine have come with one fitted matey, there may be someone on here who's fitted one. They're pretty simple as far as i know, usually just a few wires to connect up and solder into place
