...Excellent *RUBS HANDS TOGETHER GLEEFULLY* Just had some very good business news :D I don't know how many people know what i do but i've been running my own design/web application development company for the past two years with my bro joining me in May. Due to the fact work was getting low in december i was concidering getting a job and keeping the business going on the side for pocket money. Luckily i managed to score a fantastic contract with Arthur Jones Motors of Leicestershire, a recovery company with a 35million a year turnover. A bit mad for someone who sits and works in his bedroom lol Anyway my contract with them was 1500 a month as a marketing consultant working from home for 85 hours a month (3 days a week) which is great and so far i've helped score them a contract with Eddie Stobart, the AA and the RAC. I was looking for a second contract to fill in the other two days after i get a couple of smaller sites done. Well one just dropped in my lap, a wife of one of my main contacts rang me to say her company (a medical dressing distributer with a turn over in excess of 100million a year!) are desperate to compete with a rival company that have just launched an online ordering system and stock control. They need it quick and are willing to pay through the nose to get it up and running quickly and need it looking after so are willing to pay a yearly support fee too! Blimey! i said yes, no problem and i'll wait for the director to ring me in the next couple of days to discuss it further while i put a business proposal draft together. What do you think i should ask for moneywise? I was thinking 10-20k plus 2k a year upkeep? or do you think this is too low?

Taking the lens of the orange and the lead-lead, inside becoming white, pasting the plated pitch spray and the aluminum foil, the to mirror it converts. The tail of the picture has cut the reverse side which locks the valve. Don't you think? the lens just is removed becomes the different thing. Simply, when it is the plated pitch spray, also the possibility of deteriorating at heat of the valve is thought. Still, unless the stealth valve (silver coating the valve which is done) it does either the valve, ruinous! !"

Nonono not like that, i'm talking about actually removing the diffuser inside so the unit is just using the glass/plastic on the outside. and you have a chromed inside with the leds. I'll try and knock up some sort of photoshop when i have the time. My tax return is taking up a shed load of it at the moment

Well Eileen's other half David has a bag of these multicoloured leds that respond to different voltage on each leg to product any colour under the sun and i was thinking that means i could have the whole bank lit up for normal lights, have say 4 rings inside each other react to each input so: All four rings on for normal rear lights, Brakes come on, whole thing lights up extra bright Indicators come on, whole panel reacts and flashes between red and orange Brakes come on while indicating, middle section glows bright red, outer two rings continue to cycle between bright red and orange Reverse comes on, both top sections light up bright white aiding reversing by lighting up behind the car. Fog lights could light up the lower sections permanently brightly and pulse when the brakes go on to increase awareness of the car braking in the fog. The possibilities are endless and the whole tailsection could appear completely clear until the lights are activated with a cool mirrored chrome paint finish inside or painted black to give a stealth look COPYRIGHT NICK TANDY 2007 :D

...and i'm not giving to much away but i've figured out a way to give my car something completely unique and possibly market it afterwards. Was thinking of how to update the rear lights, looked at the venom 3 pots etc but i don't know if they'd suit my car. So was thinking if i could update the technology of the present light cluster without touching the lovely oval slits across the back. I'll keep you posted but should be relatively simple i just have to work out the pcb for the boards it'll need. Basic idea is to completely remove the diffusers and use LED technology to replace all the clusters (rear lights, brake lights, indicators, fogs and reverse lights) and create a sculpted 3D light, sort of like the old jag s - type rear lights Updates and photos to come soon....

I had a boss at barclays who was pretty bald it has to be said so managed to track down his photo online and paste his head onto doctor evil then being network admin i logged into his machine while he was away from his desk and changed the company desktop to said picture. He came back, on the phone, logged in and started to laugh so hard he started crying and had to give up his phone call and say he was going to ring them back :rofl: lol He thought it was extremely amusing :D Wish i'd kept it :D
