Are my rear shocks gone??
Cheers for the replies guys, yeah i thought it might have been the shocks as the passengers side seems to be extended more than the drivers, can see more of the ram than the other side, might just do as Legrath said and replace springs and check bushes and replace if need be while i'm at it.

Are my rear shocks gone??
Hi there, just been out in the Z there only to find that when i go over speed bumps the car seems to bounce a lot at the back end,and when i went round a roundabout the back end bounces when it passes rough parts of the road to the extent that it feels like the tail wants to slip out? Could the shocks be worn? Anyone had a similar problem? Its an import N/A....thanks in advance guys :)

zx
And the Nissan Sunny Coupe 1.6 and 1.8 ZX and Sunny hatchback 1.8 ZX  I always used to think that the ZX range of a particular Nissan model was the sportier version of that model

Should i switch to a MR2 Turbo??
I've had 3 Mr2's and liked them all although i liked the mark one better, especially the supercharged version which are getting harder to find,it was miles better to drive than the mark 2,more like a go-cart :) I've had a few Jap sports cars and the 300zx is the best yet,i have an N/A 300 and "touch wood" its been extremely reliable but as DaveG said fuel consumption is greater on the 300 but i wouldn't give up the note of a V6. IMHO the 300 has everything the Mr2 has and then some, but at the same time i'd have another one tomorrow........and park it next to the Zed  Ron

Glass tints for different models
Hi Does anyone know if different models of the 300zx had different shades of tints of glass? Are Uk models blueish tint and J spec different? I have a black 94 J spec and the glass isn't exactly clear but does have a brownish tint? When i had an Mr2 years ago they used to have blue tinted glass for Uk specs and bronze/brownish tinted glass for J spec.....does the same apply with Z's? Thanks in advance Ron

Police .. arnt they just great
You are lucky,i wish i got that end of the deal 3 weeks ago from the unmarked car that pulled me,only thing is i was on a 70 and after being clocked over a certain distance the average speed i was doing was 91.35mph,so easy to get these cars reading 100mph+....N/A drivers eh At the end of the day thats what they are there for,to enforce the law and on my unlucky night, even though the road was clear,i was breaking the law so i get my first 3 points and fine in 14 years :headvswal

2 Zeds....burning out
even less room for error when one of them gets out the car and stands in the middle whilst the Z goes round him. I'm surprised he managed to see him with all the smoke about lol

Clutch & cam belt Scotland
Hi there,i just got my clutch and 60k cambelt service done in October, cambelt being done at the beginning of the month and clutch at the end, dont know of any good services in the Biggar area but as far as the price went for me the timing belt supplied and fitted came to 450 pounds all in and the clutch was 495 pounds all in supplied and fitted.Prices vary though depending on different labour charges. Supplied all the parts myself by purchasing them from traders in the Traders Section on here. HTH Ron
