All ready to depart after my exploding radiator hose fiasco last night. Swapped the hose this morning to discover that it was caused by alternator/water pump belt disintegrating. Not gonna get that replaced today :angry: Mods/Organisers please give my spot to whoever needs it. I tried. Have a great day,guys......and take LOTS of pics.

Did this today Followed by this Luckily. Got a replacement hose. Car is 3 mins from home and halfords is 5 mins walk away. Lost the bloody hose clip nuts in the dark, so 10am halfords then see what the weather is saying.

Would be good if they could park together on Saturday (if all going)..get the public to vote?

All road conditions too. Loud and awful.

Comes from front. All driving conditions. .sometimes goes away when I speed up..other times when I come off the gas..other times when I flap around with the steering....all speeds from 1mph upwards gets faster as I speed up.

Brake squeal and compressor were guesstimates tbh....happens every time there are wet or damp road conditions.

my TT has a habit of squeaking at the slightest sign of damp,drizzle or rain. Changed out all brake pads, removed ac compressor...no joy. Any ideas? Also, read somewhere that the pad shims are not always required? Is this true?? I've put Euro Carparts Pagid pads on...with greased shims.

You are in the drivers seat (pun not intended). Tell your Insurers EVERYTHING u need to put things right. They should be able to demand it on your behalf from the other party, especially as they have admitted liability. Good luck.

Anybody have a set of these for sale? I keep getting nagged for mine by a Zed builder. BTW..I'm looking for a decent centre panel myself before I fit mine...needs to be clean obviously!
