Further away from London, less industry, access roads aren't as good. Bournemouth doesn't exactly have a thriving commercial port. Working in the shipping industry, that's kinda critical really....lol I do like the place though.

I've lived in both areas and like elements of each. Nice place to live on the South Coast. Portsmouth and Southampton are not just in an ideal location (close to London, but also the ferries to France). There's also a lot of insustry there and you're close to the countryside.

Horns....2 of, bolted to the front of the chassis rails behind the front bumper. If you look through the bottom aperture on the bumper, either side you'll see two small black deflectors. They are sat behind that. I’ve just taken great pleasure in removing mine and replacing them with non-‘ghey’ horns.

They do demand more maintenance and due to that fact, there are a lot of dogs about which have pushed the value into free fall.

:shock: :o *blushes* Dude, mine's still in peices...but it's having a 9hr detailing/machine polish session on the new paintwork tomorrow to get that mirror shine to the top coat....I've never really shown the car either, I just like to enjoy the car in the summer months, maybe I will next year, but thanks for the comments. :)

Personally, I don't think a show car should fit into any category really. Because mad flipped out cars with huge max power style bodykits etc aren't really my thing, I prefer to class a good show car (as my own personal preference) as a mint, well cared for original example. I'll spend far more time looking over a concourse cars than I will looking at stuff with loads of fibreglass and mesh stuck to it. That's just a very vague thing, I do like loads of other stuff, but 'prefer' to see certain things that others would not find that interesting maybe? But it's all personal preference at the end of the day. What some people will want to see at shows, others will not...it also depends on the show as well.

Well, looks like things are beginning to slot into place with a possible relocation down to Hampshire which is what I've been wanting to do for some time. I went to Uni down there and lived there on and off for about 4 years. Things are still in the pipeline at the moment, but hopefully, all going well, I'll be back down in Southampton which I'm really looking forward to. Similar role, but quite a bit more money and a better company. Just gotta find a place with a garage now for the Z!! LOL
