  1. How is it babies can do this??? I've tried and failed!
  2. Sure can. Usually that's the first thing to be removed. Makes light removal easier.

  4. I reckon you've got a custom button on your keyboard with that written on it. Either that or you're into S&M with your missus or something. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showpost.php?p=778488&postcount=17 http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showpost.php?p=774356&postcount=22 http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showpost.php?p=774692&postcount=6 http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showpost.php?p=739917&postcount=11 http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showpost.php?p=688332&postcount=10 http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showpost.php?p=713752&postcount=6 http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showpost.php?p=705200&postcount=5
  5. That looks absolutely brilliant fun! Hope you've got shares in Karcher and Severn Trent though! LOL
  6. You'd distort the tin workd doing that I think. The metal on the tailgate is so thin you'd burn through it. Saying that, yours are holes on the leading edge of the tailgate aren't they as you had one of those high level spoilers. So the metal might be a little thicker there. You'll be ok with decent filler in that area. It's the holes from the OE spoiler that need attention along the flat of the tailgate. What are you replacing the spoiler with? Or are you going smooth?
  7. This isn't a thread about me being a miserable chunt and winging about Christmas. But I've just found a load of my company's corporate Christmas cards and it has to be said, they are an absolute joke. Really really dreadful. So, I remember seeing a link a few years ago to 'the worst Christmas card competition'....not sure if anyone's ever heard of it, but I think I have the winning entry right here!! If anyone knows...it might be 'The Sun' type competition, something I don't buy...but want to enter?

That's the whole point of the vid... best off without them if only to stop them looking haggard by the time the old bird hits 45! LOL not to mention the tastelessness of them! LOL
  9. Bargain then! LOL Ideal blank canvas for someone wanting to build a mental Z. But I'm sure that car's in a million peices by now. Do you have a spare driver's door lock Andy?
  10. You need to get a proper plastic primer. Forget the name of it now, but it seals the plastic. It's a clear solution that you dab on. Once you've plastic primed it, you can then use conventional primer. As well as it being plastic, make sure the paint to be used has a plasticiser in it if the plastic to be sprayed has any 'give' in it.
  11. Best off having the backs of it strengthened with fibreglass (from the inside). I know from my own experience of originally having bought a car with a smooth tail that the filler can sink. So make sure the bodyshop doesn't just try and wack a load of filler in there with no support from behind.

The ones sprawled across the bottoms of the backs are sooooo common and chavy though Chris. Seen many a pretty lass ruined by having one of these branded on her back. You think "mmmmmm, nice" when you see her, then when she turns round and you stare at her arse, you cringe and you see 'yet another' nasty lower back tattoo! See these tribal tattoos all over the back of modified Saxos and Corsas etc....
  13. What was wrong with it Andy?
  14. That's pretty good for a free car. Can't go wrong with an Astra. Maintain them with a knife and fork!
  15. Leave her mate. You'll save yourself a fortune too!
  16. Means you've probably not used the right primer.
  17. You'd make a poor comedian mate.

You reckon? Sure, she has a pretty face in 'some' photos, but she looks like she's been abused by the makers of 'etch a sketch'.
  19. Not talking about hire cars or cars you've borrowed etc....has anyone had a free car they've used as their chariot? Southwestzedmech need not reply...he's had hundreds of free cars! LOL I was chatting with a mate last night about free cars and managed to dig out some photos of a Senator that I was given some 5 years ago. Chap at work gave me this when I was working up at the MOD site in Malvern. It was just his daily runner. My car at the time was off the road and this Senator became surplace to his requirements. So he duly handed over the keys and told me that it was mine. Not bad considering it was in pretty good condition, had only 90k on the clock, had tax and ticket AND fuel in it. Was an absolute dream to drive. Like driving a huge armchair. Learning how to do a burn out in an auto was kinda interesting.

I prefer women 'aux naturale' too rather than covered in someone else's artwork. Stuff like this you see on the backs of modified Saxos and the like.
