It's stretch to a bit more than that mate if you want something that's going to look nice and last well. Wheels make or break a car and finding something that looks good AND fits a Z offset requires a little more cash IMHO.

I can appreciate that the 350Z is a good machine and the new high power model is very impressive, but I just don't warm to its looks at all. The first one on that link especially looks pretty ungainly IMHO. Z32 is far more imposing and exotic looking.

What's your budget?

Erm, well, one of my friends, who's brother used to be the drummer for Kula Shaka is a short-film producer and I've been in one of his films that won an award at the Edinburgh film festival. So, I guess you'd call me a film star! :rofl: My father was head of modern languages at a very expensive private school near here. Quite a lot of wealthy people's children go there. He's retired now, but he's taught Sting's and Mick Jagger's Sons, Sophie Dahl and a few others. There is talk of the younger Beckams going there. But not sure if anything's become of it. I know they had looked at sending Romeo there. He's also good friends with Duncan Goodhew (ex Olympic Swimmer and also TV personality). I've eaten with him and Jeremy Edwards as well. We've had President Jiang Zemin of China's grand son eat at our house. Apparently, Nicholas Cage has recently bought a property in a village about 3 miles from here. But never seen him....oh, and Gary Glitter used to live about 10 miles from here. Used to see him walking his Dog from time to time as we had friends in the same village (Wedmore). I think that’s as far as it goes. Oh, Patrick Moore (used to present ‘The Sky at Night’), one of my Mother’s close friends use to produce some of his TV series. ....and of course my brush with Richard Hammond on the M4 before xmas!

Well done Jack. Be interesting to know what other magazines have printed articles on the Z32. Not talking about keved up versions in Max Power, but writeups about the car itself. Has there ever been a buyers guide or anything in Classic Car magazine or anything?

Does your battery light come on? If yes....sounds like alternator or bad earth....if no, it'll the battery. Being an old car, have a look at the earth straps and see what state they are in. Also give the battery terminals a good clean. But sounds more like the battery to me.

Dude....2 things....1, they guy who posted the photos of yours has linked them from YOUR photobucket account. 2, there is no edit function. SO, upload some photos of your anus and make sure they are the SAME urls as your car photos...(so change the ones on your car photos). That way, there'll be nice hairy ringpeices up there for them all to see!

Well if you could refit what you have and clean it, it would make a start. Currently, it's covered in a thick layer of road film from all the gritting. Seriously, good photos and a clean car do wonders for its saleability. I've seen (and bought) cars which have been absolutely filthy for almost nothing (that the owner couldn't shift), given them a deep clean and sold it on after for more money in half the time. Let's face it, without wanting to sound horrible, your car is filthy! ;) Get some shine back into that paintwork as it's quite flat. Half a day with a sponge and a bottle of AG Super resin and it'll look like a different car! :) It's an unmolestered (visually) car in pretty reasonably shape for a UK spec. But as has been said, with what you've done to it, you would make more money breaking it. PLUS, the 350 photos of your gearnob and pics like this.....----> aren't going to be beneficial of the sale.

You haven't had it up for sale for long. Give it a really good clean and a polish and take some more flattering photos. Might get more interest then. :)
