  1. Reminds me when I was driving my Z through Glastonbury last year on the way back from an MOT. I was sat waiting to join a road with pedestrians milling around. One of which saw me sat there with the car burbling away, thought it was in her best interest to moan at me because my car was a 'big gas guzzler'. She said, 'stop polluting the air with that car'. So I leaned out of the window and told her to "STF and stop polluting my ears with the crap coming out of your mouth". A few by-standers started laughing at this point, to which I made a silly commend about 'her types' and the knackered old vans they ride round in, which pump out 20 times more crap than my Z ever would. She walked off in a huff then. I just smiled sweetly and drove on my merry way.
  2. After all these years, I still can't decide whether they look ubber cool or whether they look really cheesy.
  3. http://newsvote.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/6944526.stm?dynamic_vote=ON#vote_news_hys_airports_67845 These guys are muppets. I can understand their protest, but having national resource channeled towards it makes the country less secure. Police should be at the airports invigilating security, not watching a field of hippies making sure they don't do anything stupid!
  4. Chavs aren't a race or creed though. Same with goths etc. So it's slightly different, but understand what you mean.
  5. hahahahahahaha Glad someone did it! Excellent stuff!
  6. This dash binnacles are minging! (last pic) :hurl: Mine's standard grey tweed, but HOPEFULLY, not for much longer. ;)
  7. They do look good, but I bet those LED lights will soon be appearing on a saxo near you!
  8. I bet it was the wife's over riding desire anyway! You know what women are like with cute fluffy animals! I ran over a rabbit last week (unavoidable) and the girl I'm seeing at the mo, nearly ripped my head off!! LOL Totally agree, another neighbour has one and they are scary from afar, but the thing just wants constant love and attention. He's called Max and he's feckin huge! Cool dog, though.
  9. Food is paramount!
  10. Looks good. Reversing lights aren't a legal requirement anyway. You should have fitted a remove boot release and done away with the hole. Looks nice and slick. I remember Joely P did a photo shop of his grey one with it done and it looked really nice.
  11. Beautiful dog mate. Amazing the size they grow into too... This is too cute!
  12. Elmo, yours is not wide arch though remember. Different parameters apply when fitting to a wide arch Z, hence the reference to Stellaz' car before he fitted spacers. :) NB: That wasn't meant to sound patronising *hides*
  13. Think there are short haired and long haired German Shepherds to make things confusing. I dunno, no idea on that one. lol Our neighbour had a Belgian Sheperd. They look quite a bit different to German Sheperds. Longer coat, different colour and a much more pronounced nose. A bit like a collie.
  14. Excellent! Fresh bread is lush too! Just hope it wasn't wholemeal. :hurl: Granary is best...a friend of mine makes her own bread and puts sun dried tomatoes in it. Nicest bread I've ever had!
  15. That's just a different breed line by the sounds of it. All under the alsatian/german shepherd title.?
  16. I know...but it would have had more reference to 'different breeds' rather than breed lines if it was the case. From what it appears and what I've read on other links, Alsatians and German Shepherds are the same dog. There are different breed lines within that such as white german shepherd, long and short haired versions etc.
  17. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_sheperd :)
  18. I always thought the same Allan. I was corrected only not so long ago. I always thought it was to do with the length of hair on their coats. But they are the same make/model! LOL :)
  19. You'll need spacers on the rear wheels. Whilst fitment is for OEM PCD/Offset, you'll need bolt on hub spacers to kick the rims out into the arches for wide arch. 9.5J @ 35mm will leave them well inside your arches. Check with the seller too on centre bore size. Without Spiggot they should be 66mm. I have a feeling GTOs have a different centre bore size. Not by much though. Might only be 1mm (which I think it is), in which case you'll be fine. But any bigger you really want to make sure that spiggot rings are included. ADRs are popular in the US actually, many of the Z32 guys roll with these. So the rims should be fine and I'll be the specs are identical. But do make sure you get some decent bolt-to-hub spacers/adaptors otherwise it'll look like this...
  20. Was unsure as to whether to bother seeing it. But I think I shall now.
  21. Check it's not a 2+0 N/A tailgate as quite a few came from the factory spoilerless, so did the 2+2 N/A but that was generally for the American market.
  22. A year I think Dave! Quite why shit isn't in the swear filter I don't know, not really breaking any rules.
  23. LOL @ this thread. Some people really need to take a chill pill. PS...this thread isn't about me if some people care to read. Obviously those that don't will be getting themselves in a right pickle over nothing!
