  1. Driven is terrible. Is that the show where they test car stereos by opening the windows and walking away and get women to put makeup on in cars going over rough ground? Terrible program that, it's not factual and it's not even funny.....so not sure why it exists.
  2. I am confused, unsure as to what part I am making personal???
  3. Absolutely beautiful.
  4. Central France is about the furthest I've taken mine. I actually had a chat with my best mate last night and driving down to Italy has been on the cards for a few years including Monaco. Having a thought about doing in next year in the Z. But not sure. Take my Z to France a bit. JUST for the roads.
  5. Certainly not. He's hilarious. I guess if you don't get his dry humour, then I am sure you may have that opinion of him. He makes me laugh more than the other two and always has done. Great mannerism, witty and amusing. Most of what he's doing is because he's been asked to by the producers anyway to make things entertaining, which is what gives TG the edge over the other motoring programs. So, getting worked up and calling someone a grade a prick is a little silly TBH.
  6. James May is a legend. Makes me laugh more than the others. Would NOT be the same without him.
  7. So what was so bad about it? Some fantastic cars on there, amazing scenery and a bit of humour.
  8. LOL, I realised who it was as you'd replied. lol
  9. Hammond's hair looks crap. Anyone ever been to the Kuntsmuseum then? LOL
  10. Hope you keep it as per Gio. Good luck with it. :)
  11. IMHO, the nicest high powered Jap Estate car is the Legnum VR4 (same as Gallant estate). If I had kids, heaven forbid, I'd probably look at something like this.
  12. Yeah I was hammered when I wrote that!
  13. Get new 02 sensors and plug them in! The filters are probably increasing the flow over that set by the default map you're running on due to having the 02 sensors unplugged....?
  14. Pete, you probably won't as it's your daily driver, but I guess you've seen the Irmscher stuff you can get... I get 500+ miles to a tank. Costs about £50 to fill up. Is based on the Vectra not specifically the Estate. All share the same floor pan beyond a foot past the rear suspension. I like the Signum.
  15. Christ, it's turning into the Vectra owner's club on 'ere! I have the newer version with the 1.9 CDTi. Prefer the look of the older ones (like yours), I have a newer one and they look a little odd from the front. Very impressed with the engine for an oil burner. Same unit as fitted to the Saab 93s.
  16. You could sell the kids. 2 year olds for instance, still fetch £10K+

.......sense of humour failure immanent. Actually the Scilly isles and the channel islands are classed as being in the South West regions by Trinity House and the Admiralty. BBC Spotlight (based in Plymouth) actually cover them as well.
  18. Some are softer than others. Best getting forged over cast. LOL @ everyone thinking I'm being anal. I'm actually being factual. BK use cheap soft cast alloy. FACT. Nice rims, as I've said, but there is a reason they are cheap. So, Vinny, it's NOT an absolute load of crap, it's fact. :smash: BK use a low-cost grade cast alluminium. Same as TSW, 100+ etc. It's know in the industry as such. I forget the grade, but it's pretty low spec. As I said, before everyone gets off their high horse, nice looking rim, but there is a reason they are cheap. :) It's not a negative thing, it's a factual thing. £100 a corner for soft cast monoblock alloy is about the going rate. All I am saying is, I'm not really surprised by the price. You get what you pay for. :)
