  1. Although I've had to have my engine rebuilt a few years ago, that was due to human intervention (someone previously removing a boost controller and not fitting things back correctly). My car's never actually let me down. Always starts first time, no smoke, rattles, miss-fires. Very happy with it to be honest. Had no problems passings its last MOT. Sure there are things that need doing to it, but there will always be things needed doing to it. It's an old car.
  2. They are markets for them because they are mainly universal fit with various adjustments to suit afaik. PMSL, that's the nastiest kit this side of the Milky Way, so yeah, Lambo doors would suit it!
  3. I don't even think that. Best looking Lamborghini IMHO of course, is the Gallardo which has normal doors. Doors that don't trap you in if you're unfortunate to roll the car.
  4. So is getting someone to draw a great big pair of hairy testicles on the bonnet.
  5. Nope, never will. Look absolutely shite. Pretty much the nastiest mod you can do. If you like em though, fit them. Personally though, I'd rather contract genital warts. /fin
  6. Multi fit rims are usually like this...?
  7. Well offset and PCD are numerically the same in both language. So it probably isn't any info of value.
  8. I considered it yes. Was a very close choice actually when hunting for something nice and OEM for the back. I certainly wouldn't have replaced the stock one for a different one if mine was fitted with one when I bought it.
  9. Why are they all so far away. :(
  10. Certainly wouldn't fit those. Appears they were blanks that have been drilled a number of times. Those bolt holes are cringable. If they are blanks, then there may not be any offset information on them. So it might be a case of measuring it, the bore size and PCD yourself. If there is any information on them, it'll be stamped on the back of the hub face.
  11. 2nd. Some high level spoilers look ok. But those tend to be the ones fitted to wide arch cars. I like the original spoiler. Many don't, but it suits the car as that was the one it was designed with. It's proportioned correctly, has a brake light, doesn't scream 'LOOK AT MY FOOKIN' SPOILER' at everyone. Certainly, going smooth doesn't suit the 2+2. 2+0 gets away with it and looks good smooth. It's all about proportions. A spoiler like the above looks out of proportion IMHO.
  12. And is one of the nicest on the forum! :duffer:
  13. Standard by far. Can't beat the original design. Neat and clean looking.
  14. Shame to see Mick. It's one of the cars on here I've always liked. Good luck with the sale anyway, even though we don't want you to do it.
  15. No, he means email....hence the email address. 'Ping' or 'Pinging' is just an IT term for connect. ;)
  16. As for matt black.... :hurl: makes the car look like an old nasty peice of faided trash.
  17. I'm surprised you even have to ask???? It looks absolutely awful. Looks like an old Datsun Cressida which has had its arches replaced and underseal painted all over the lower half so it matches. If you MUST paint the lower sections, at least have the rockgauard smoothed and sprayed the same colour as the car. IMHO, just leave it at that. The above is a really horrible idea IMHO.
  18. Still have mine. Did a poll about it a year or so ago as wll. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=54023&highlight=titanium
  19. Hope to be at this one this year.

I'd only go for Nissan or Gates. Infact, I think Gates might even make the belts for the Z as they do with a lot of OEM stuff.
  21. Yes I know. It's the materials on the interior that let the Z down. The shape is fantastic so it's easily sorted. The whole shape of the MK4 Supra interior is just big, ugly and unflattering compared to the swoopy wrap around dash of the Z.
  22. Yeah, we want a quiet time. Only going to Sweden for the day. I believe the Color line ships take only 2hrs to get to Strömstad. Rest of the time we'll be in Sandefjord. Yes, I think we may take a trip to Oslo. Will be in touch with you. Thanks :)
  23. ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lqxa03Abo3U&eurl=http://widget-e6.slide.com/widgets/sf.swf Excellent!
  24. No I am flying over. My girlfriend and I wanted to get away for the Easter and neither of us have been to Norway. We are taking the Ferry to Sweden too for a few days. I'll be flying 21st March. I didn't realise Oslo was 60miles, I thought it was less. I'm actually flying into Sandefjord airport.
