  1. Not quite what I was thinking - if they were a genuine split rim, they'd look nice, I think the barrel is too flat. A decent quality wheel though. I also think you need something a LOT brighter to set that paintwork off with a pop, I also think 19s would work best on it. In terms of style, a concave 5 or 6 spoke wheel with either a diamond cut, hyper silver or polished look.
  2. You mean the throttle linkage cover? I've never seen anyone running a Z32 without rocker covers. :p ;)
  3. Much better! That nose panel especially! Aftermarket nose panels generally look awful!
  4. PowerZed (Jimmer) does them now. Give him a call or send him a PM. He can fit them for you also. Mine's going in for one over the next few weeks for one. :D
  5. Please don't tell me that's overspray in the rear wheel and tyre.... :p
  6. I bet all you have is a bit of lifter rattle as it's been sat for so long! It's burning off residue etc. Needs a good few hundred miles under its belt. Where does the needle sit when the car is up to temperature?
  7. Lamborghini may have stock themselves. RHD headlights have been NLS for a few years now. Car manufacturers generally only have to carry spares for a model only up to 10 years after last production date unless there is a specific demand for them and as the last 1st gen Diablo rolled off the production line in 1998, it could be NLS with them too. - - - Updated - - - I am not sure who you spoke to, but this is not the case. I've been over there and they don't carry any, nor is there availability from Tennessee (HQ). They're listed NLS on Nissan global. When checking (physically in their warehouse), the only ones on site at Z1 were all LHD.
  8. Z1 can't get hold of them. All they can get hold of are used RHD headlights and 99-spec HIDs
  9. The only issue with LHD headlights is that you've got the split them. It's fairly easy, but could you bring yourself to splitting them? I was lucky to find the last set of brand new early style RHD headlights available!
  10. Jimmer has good rear bearings for sale if you need them. They're used, but they're very good. Sorry your car didn't pass, but to be honest, they're easy enough fixes. :)
  11. I actually have a brand new one of those sat in the garage! :)
  12. Cut that lot out! You've only got through surface stuff as it's rusted through from the other side. Cut it out and weld in new arch panels otherwise it's going to look a mess VERY quickly.
  13. For God's sake, fit that Momo one. The Isotta wheel looks dreadful. Looks like it came out of some Spaxo. Cheap shitty Maxypoop wheel! I had the Race, it looks far more purposeful.
  14. Correct! The Aston Martin was a DBS. Sounded amazing! Then we had our photos taken with our cars!!
  15. Did this yesterday! Went to Vig's (sumshiftyguy) wedding yesterday! Damn awesome it was too!
  16. Brand new Nardi Torino. This wheel has been out of production for some 15 years - this one (one of one), came from some Bankrupt stock in Italy. Very lucky to come across it! I'm not fussed with any of the newer style Momo wheels to be honest, I find them either cheesy, or they just don't suit the car. I love the 90's Momo / Nardi / Italvolani steering wheels. - - - Updated - - - I prefer that Momo wheel - that's a seriously rare and very cool wheel! Surprised you took it off!
  17. You can get them new online from Z1 and Concept Z or you could give MJP a call.
  18. When heavily applied lacquer dries slowly, it has the tendency to shrink. You'll find that a good colour sanding following by a machine polish will bring back the gloss. Once that happens, you'll see any flake under that. At the moment, it'll be like looking through a mirror with condensation all over it. It looks like it'll need one HUGE polish though! Personally I think you've laid it on too heavily from what I've seen of your previous photos.
  19. You do know that the rods, bracket and bolts come to a sum total of about £25 for new ones! ;)
  20. That's an MoT failure too!
  21. Up for sale are the last of the solid joints to be removed from my car. These have no play on them and no rust, they're in fantastic shape. I'm selling them as I am going over to NISMO bushings and will be using a stock control arm with the factory adjustment. These aren't photos of the actual items as they're still on the car (being removed tomorrow). Stephen has had all of my front Powertrix stuff and was surprised at how good the condition of them was. These Powertrix items are £150+ delivery for new ones. £50 delivered.
