I was following one for a few miles yesterday. Wow wow wow it was stunning and it went like stink. Beautiful car. Very futuristic styling.

I like turbo diesel engines. mood lighting broke lights were playing up brakes binding wheels needed drilling off because they lost the lock nut brakes binding again brakes binding again exhaust rattle now I've got a dodgy exhaust again and a knock which sounds like a ball joint. Possibly track rod end. Oh and a what sounds to be a rattly cat! I've only had it since January and done 4000 miles in it. And 1000 of this miles was when we went to Scotland the other week.

I was thinking Japanese. Any suggestions. I was hoping to get a zed in the winter for my fun crazy mad car :lol: and most Japanese cars I like are mental. My mind is a blank to be honest

Id be doing well to buy a new car for £6000 :lol: so yes clearly im after a used car, age doesnt really matter. It will be my daily driver but I only do around 5-6k per year. As for the audi it wasnt a dsg, i know how bad they are. This was a 6 speed manual

Well I'm rejecting my ds3, its been back to the garage 7 times since january so they are taking it back. Im going to get another car (NOT CITROEN) I am unbelievably fussy when it comes to picking a car. So any suggestions as to what car to go for? Preferably a turbo diesel of some kind but I'm open to all engines. Ive been looking into getting an Audi A6 3.0tdi quattro. Suggestions below please Adam :thumbup:

I also saw this although didn't hear it running. Looks great and lee is impressed with how well its running and boosting.

It would sound that way as when you pull either 1 or 6 it stalls. However i would be very suprise if it was running on 2 cylinders. I don't think a v6 will run on 2 cylinders. I may be wrong. Even if it was running on 2 it would sound bloody awfu and would surely be obviousl

Only just read all this. Some things are more important than cars (not many :lol:) but thanks for the support fellas. It really does go a long way even though I'm in a good place now. When I do have a bad day these are the things I can look back on and smile about. Cheers all :thumbup:

Cheers bud. I'm getting there now. I didn't do myself any favours by bottling it all up instead of seeking help. But like I said I was naiveabout the whole mental health ssituation. If more can be done to 'raise awareness' maybe people won't be in the same boat as I was. I sought help. I had help with my finance and my work situation. With regards to work I was in the same situation as veilside. I hope he reads this(not saying you are depressed or anything veilside) just dont get down about it. Now my finances are straight and I've started a new job. I'm on top of the world. I'm on medication obviously which has helped a lot, but it can be beaten no matter how dark of a place you are in. I'm currently battling severe anxiety and depression. Hence why until recently I'd not been online. I've had a fair bit of time off work and it'sbeen very difficult. From personal eexperience i really hope this will help the public understand mental health as a real illness. I was naive myself about it all before being a victim of it. Given the right support and help it can be beaten and i am beating it, only because my family and Mrs have been brilliant.
