Does anyone know a good place nearish to Tunbridge Wells that I can get my 99spec bumper re-sprayed? Its got some cracked and flaking paint that needs sorting. I don't mind travelling to somewhere thats good, but not too far as its not a major job. Does anyone know roughly how much it might be? Also what colour is it ????lol (other than fast red one) Dave

I've been thinking about getting another second car after my old escort bit the dust so I guess if I'm not going to use a zed every day I might as well have a really extreme one. The missus doesn't know about it yet either but I bring in all the money at the moment anyhow. I'm on a reasonable wage its just I'm very overdrawn from moving house and buying furniture etc. Its all thinking aloud anyhow as I don't even know if I'll win the car anyhow. Need to decide how high I can go. I don't want to pay big cash. If I was going to spend 10-15k I'd probably try a GTR anyhow, although couldn't get one as extreme as this and I prefer the supercar looks of a zed to the saloon car shape of the skyline. We'll see. Will be interesting to see what it does to the gallon! also need to sell the other one. Dave

Thats what I thought! I can't see how he could get that on standard injectors though? I spoke to Noble racing who did the motec mapping on it (also build and design the Engines) and they confirmed it, but didn't have much else to say though. Just that they only do the mapping and that this one was quite extreme. The owner seems very sound though. I considering it. Dave

Would anyone in the sheffield area who knows a thing or two be willing to look at a Zed for me? I'd pay for the trouble if needed. Its the one on ebay at the moment (see other thread). I'm so far away I'd have to bid blind and hope its what it says when I pick it up. Much appreciated in advance, Dave

I've got an idea! I could buy the ebay one for the weekends and have my current one for an everyday drive haha A 500bhp track car and a 400bhp 3.1TT everyday drive! winner. Sensibly Dave!

Yeah, thats what I was thinking. Only problem would be peoples suspicion if I bought it and then sold it straight on? Its not exactly an everyday drive sort of car with the roll cage and all that. I suppose I could get a cheapie run about as well. Shoot, just thought I'd never fit my surf boards in there lol! Saying that dizzi only had my car for a month or so when I bought it, sure there would be some others like me out there somewhere lol.
