don't like the idea of that looks like gearbox out, pants and it came with a flywheel and clutch thought I was doing good putting new in well on my back again on my holiday the wife ant going to be happy

hi guys ok iv put a tt gearbox manual with n/a flywheel clutch do I need a n/a starter motor or a tt one as I try to start the car and it sounds awful iv pulled the starter off and the teeth on the flywheel look as if I will damage them if I keep going, the starter will freeze and whine cheers ted

polished the exhaust painted the balance bar kh2 and the Nissan cover kh2 rocker covers kh2 belt cover kh2 and the back rear cover kh2 to match the body work

thanks to bad300z coming round showing me the n/a water bypass,now done prop shaft now on, aiv now gone, polishing now finished new gaskets on the rockers and sealant,now to pull rad and put the ally one in with the oil cooler and new lines and put the exhaust on and then last put the dash back job done

that's a very tight bugger mark going to have my porridge in the morn and give it some putting the gearbox in must have took it out of me that or im showing my age

hi im stuck with this propshaft iv changed the gearbox over from a auto to manual iv put the front part of the manual prop on but were it joins the back part of the prop the 4 bolt part is smaller how do I undo the nut in the middle to change the 4 bolt bracket over cheers ted

iv put the flywheel in clutch in gearbox in starter on just got too work out how to take the nut off the prop shaft of the auto one as the ends are different and put on the manual one any ideas anyone

the gardens are big the rear are 120 by 40 but iv got a 10ft lane behind my fence that we own but cant do anything with was for horse and cart in the old days now its for the car to go up to garages nice to have a big garden but a pain to mow the grass

yea the 2 main ones was a white butterfly carp and the sturgeon as thay where the biggest the carp was all Japanese koi with big heads so thay wood have gone to a large size I haven't seen them yet as thay are at the bottom but this year I want to make the pond bigger 25ftby10by8ft deep with a bridge

iv lost approx. £300 worth of carp and a diamond back sturgeon to a heron im told when thay leave the nest thay go to ponds like ours but keep coming back as its a easy food source I put a fake heron there as thay are terrortorial and poss stay away but that ant true young heron will mix together so iv had to put a net there now

egr now gone what a pig to get out exhaust header unbolted plenum off came home to do more polishing on the new plenum and water pipes in the morning put the race headers on flywheel and clutch and gearbox in with any luck

iv got this wk off so egr to come off then gearbox to go in water bypass off as polishing the pelum dash to go back, as put clutch and brake peddle in re waxoiled under the car got a new exhaust coming got new race headers to go on ally rad to go on and a ally oil cooler new chrome slam panel to go on with chrome rad cover braided petrol lines and polish water pipes I just keep adding only started off wanting to do the gearbox poss got about 15 20 hrs left on the polishing side of things and I was looking at 2-3 wks haha must be mad

my car will be up and running by then so ill be up for it

iv just payd for a set of them from a terrano 2006 £25.00

cheers for that steams so mark when the egr out of the way like that's going to be easy job what do with the sencer and wireing or should I get the egr out the way and get back to you bud so you could walk me through it

hi guys is it best to remove the egr as iv got the gearbox out now there nothing wrong with it but as the box is out should I get it out of the way now and I understand its a pig to do as I don't want to remove the engine any help wood be handy cheers ted
