like i have already mentioned to the moderators the first zed i broke, i bought for an engine replacement for my slicktop tt. the car had being stood for a couple of year and for a few month of that it was stored outside and the targas were leaking and it had flood damage but engine was fine it has now being scrapped. when my engine was fitted it had electrical problems due to the loom being moved. i had already stripped and scrapped the original grey 91tt which is on my ebay account advertised as breaking, i just leave the picture on there for guidance. with my own zed having electrical problems i bought another zed with a broken engine for the wiring. ps my 91tt slicktop also has abs, hicas, screenwash, afm and other issues, so if you are telling me that buying parts of this website will be cheaper than buying a £500 barn find u gotta b kidding! the third zed i bought the 91tt silver import that i am currently breaking it as it is unrepairable and i intend to get my slicky fully sorted over the next month as i am off work 4a change and going to spend some quality time under the bonnet the third zed which i bought a month ago a red tt import was'nt bought to break, the only car i had on the road my fto packed in and i needed a car i could enjoy 2get 2work and back with me working 12/7 shifts 150 miles from home. but with me having a month off to get everything sorted with my slicky it will be to deer to run both zeds and the red one will cost a fortune 2get thru its mot in a couple of month so a decision has 2b made on its future and with it having covered 125000 miles and not having much life left breaking could be the best option as it is pretty much unsellable. as for me buying swb parts, just about everyone knows swbs are near enough exactly the same but just a few inches shorter so for the parts i choose 2get a lwb as i was struggling to find a swb barn find for the price i payed for lwbs. when i go on about the average joe staying on the breadline, i am referring to the fact what these cars cost 2 maintain and keep on the roads so we all need to do what we can for a little bit extra to continue our passions for the motors. so why should a chosen one be the only person to sell parts on this sit, are you telling me i can only use this supposed 2b forum if i only buy parts of your man baz? what you have got to understand is that at this moment time i have no intention of trading i am just clearing the driveway and to tell me i am of your own back without even knowing me or my situation is just blatant biased the way i choose to fund my cars is my choice and i apologise if your man baz cant have everything his own way but i payed for membership fee knowing i could sell parts on this site if i ever needed to i have being talking 2 groover and i he has stated he is goin 2take everything consideration

the picture of the blue swb is on my avatar i have never used it on a picture of a breaking thread on this site, i used it on ebay earlier as i set up a buy it now price for a buyer who wanted ebays security for a sale, i just fort i'd show him a picture of me own car. i never removed the breaking threads the moderators removed them as they believed i am trading unauthorised which is not true, i am only breaking one car at the moment and i have parts left from a car i used for my swb engine replacement. i am also seriuosly considering breaking my red tt lwb which has covered 125000 miles and wont make it through its mot 'cheaply' in a couple of months i'm trying to generate some interest for breaking it so that i can make the right decision on what 2do

just 2put the record straight the zed on my avatar is my 'blue' swb tt slicktop which i have spent thousands on and is nicely tucked up in the garage keeping warm and jap cars north east is not a business account it has around 2percent selling the rest are items ive bought, i changed the name to jap cars north east around a month ago to try and empty the garage of parts. i am not using this thread as a part of my agenda and i have contacted groover with all the details

how about protecting all your members not just hand picked ones, im sure there are honest members like myself who are not traders who cant get the same benefits out of the site. the only thing i've sold on this site is a £7 relay and i'm being treat like i'm running 'general motors' ive being a member for a while now and i have particapated in discussions and enjoyed using the site. i fully understand traders make there living from these sites but what gives them the right to say who can sell what. if i was a trader i would be quite happy to pay the 100 but im not a trader. dont get me wrong the fort has crossed my mind, there is nothing i'd like more than to sit on my behind and get payed for doing sweet nothing. was that last comment by vodkashots aimed at me because i'd like 2know what rules i am trying to flaunt?

ive got to agree with daffy on some of what he's saying all paying members should be treated equally , everyone has the same rights as subscribers. i fully understand that some people might just use this site for there own benefit as a trading advertisement but there are also the average joe aswel who needs to stay on the breadline.

after reading thru this i think my £850 5ncb at 28 is overpriced, gona hav a busy day on the phone saving pennies 2moro!!!

wheels are 18's and not deep dished so should be know problem there, lines are included. going to have to check up on spec of brackets but if i come across any problems i think i should be able to sell full brake setup again easy enough

i was thinking they were good value meself, anyone know of any complications with the change over, has anyone done it yet??

ive currently got r32 brakes on me zed but i'm wanting something abit more up to date, very tempted by a full brake setup from a front end damaged 370z for 700 notes, whats your forts is it the right thing 2do???

my headlights look old and dim is there anyway of refurbing the rubber trim around the headlights?

they are a pack of burglars, tryed 2sell me 10 used wheel nuts for £30, fort he might of got the hint when i started laughing at him, but no reduction in price!!!

who's jeff, the reason i mentioned tom harper in skippers lane is that its going to have to be towed locally and just incase anyone else is in the same situation, y parrot! haha

cant understand understand why they wouldnt tell me of the loom being in poor condition he sent me out in a car which shut down while driving at 30mph it had no brakes and steering locked up i had2 hit the hand brake on just 2stop the car, thats why i think they are just bullshitters and not worthy of their jobs, the cars going to someone that knows what they are doin and they will be paying the bill

ano spirtley its a nightmare once its up and running its going straight down south for a full service and check over, put an exedy clutch in mine 'harby300' when engine was fitted which seems ok 'when car is running' (ps ive got a couple of cluthchs in the garage with about a months driving left on the flywheel! oj i would'nt sell them to my worst enemy!! i got a quote of falcon for engine fitting which was a giggle! i've being advised by a couple of people to go and see a bloke called tom harper in skippers lane inds estate 'boro', i've talked to him and he's rebuilt a few. he's on facebook if anyone wants to contact him.

aye thats me, he was telling me about you said u had a grey lwb, i completely stripped the donor car and scrapped the sashay (the bodywork was the shits. since bringing the car home and taking it out the garage its started cutting out, asked u mates boss about it and he said its the ecu(bullshit), ive rang all over the country and they seem 2think it will be a problem with the loom as maybe sumits maybe being damaged when removing the engine. i think my only option in the area is florrys ( ps i will sending the bill to 'e and a' fuming with them rang him and explained that car couldnt be drove back to garage and he wouldnt even cover the tow truck price. the car came back with the handbrake light on (duno how they managed that), marks to bodywork and this cutting out problem, havent being intouch with them 4 a while being in norway working but im very unhappy with the job even left a tip at the time even though it 4 times aslong as they said it would to fit. i'l have pictures up i just getting my subscription sorted

i've recently had an engine fitted and i'm now having electrical problems since the fitting, zedworld and zedcentre seem 2think the loom has being damaged in the process is there anyone in the middlesbrough area who knows what they are doin!!!. also having problems with abs, abs ecu indicates 9 lights (motor relay), i have changed relays on unit and also tested them and they are working fine so i then changed the unit and still getting nine lights on ecu, ive also tested the abs with a second abs ecu and that still states nine lights, any ideas??????.
