  1. I had the same problem so changed the clocks but it didn't solve the problem. The miles have stopped clocking up as well so think it has to be the speed sensor
  2. Thanks for the link. Might get that shim kit, when I got the car the brakes were in a bad state. Just funny that all 4 sides are making a clicking noise
  3. I'll check that tomorrow, hopefully it will be something that simple for a change
  4. Had new front and rear brake pads fitted on the car about a month ago but just recently the brakes have started to make a clicking noise as I'm slowing down for a corner or to stop. Anyone had this or got any idea what it is? Cars going back the mechanics next week but any advice would be appreciated.
  5. Anyone else interested in going to this?
  6. I might give it a miss then and get some bits done on the car.
  7. Is anyone still goin?
  8. Yeh Im goin tomorrow! Will speak about it then.
  9. I'll be there
  10. Come along then, I can email you a form or do a group booking if we can get more numbers. I'm only by tranmere rovers.
  11. Yeh I'll go along, I've just had an email saying there's not many spaces left so have to get the form sent back soon. Be good if we can get a few Zeds there. You gona go Ian?
  12. There's a charity car show at clatterbridge hospital in bebington on Sunday 19th August, 11am till 4pm. Anyone interested in going along to this? I've emailed the organisers to get more info but have a look at the link. http://www.facebook.com/events/192817790816203/
  13. Looking to do a service on the zed and want to check what parts I need before I buy them. It's an na, standard engine. Spark plugs NGK pfr6b 11? Standard oil filter? K&N air filter? Can anyone recommend the best oil to use?
  14. Nice car Ian, this one should definitely be big enough for you
  15. Got mine today as well. Thanks again
  16. Fitted the switch today. Had to take the power straight from the battery in the end as whoever fitted the rear fog hadn't done a good job. But it's done now and got the mot for it. Hopin for a sunny weekend to get it cleaned up
  17. Thanks Gary, looking forward to gettin it
  18. Thanks mate, gota get this sorted tomorrow. Can't believe it hasn't been picked up on before. I have taken the old speedo dash out though so I'm gona refit it tomorrow and see if the previous owner fitted a light on the dash. It's been through 11 mot's in this country, don't know how
  19. So if I can link an LED up to the switch that should get it through the mot?
  20. Mine is a jap import and has the fog light hangin on the back of the bumper. It's been in the country since 1999 so passed plenty of mot's so must be a recent problem, I've got a spare set of clocks so gona put that in tomorrow
  21. Took my car in for the mot last week & it needed a few things doing on it. The last thing I need to do is fix the fog light. The lights work but no symbol comes up on the dash to tell you that they're on. Is there meant to be a light on the dash or on the button itself? Can't get it through the mot without this so bit of a pain. Taking the dash out tomorrow
  22. And guarantee that I'll still be tryin to get mine through its mot
  23. That's true, normally the gift shop
  24. This thread is getting deep
