I did think of doing them in black and redoing the the rear cards in black too, thought the red might look too much. Might go for the leather look on the door cards. Anyone know if its easier to work with than the alcantara?

Had these in the garage for a while. I recovered the interior panels in a dark red alcantara (although it does look a bit pinkish in the pictures), over Christmas. Just gota get some more to finish the door cards off. So I thought I'd fit the seats today. Wasn't gona do the drivers seat as I thought I'd have to mess around too much bringin power from the battery as the new ones are electric and the old ones werent. but then I realised that it just plugs straight in which was a nice surprise! Now it's time to focus on the engine, Znut has kindly offered to help me out with a few jobs when his car is done so can't wait for that!

Finally got round to fitting my new seats today

Got one of these myself with the VXR turbo upgrade, black convertible, great car. Selling it in a few weeks though as I don't use it enough.

I will do mate be great to see the car. Mines on the road now, still got a load to do on it to get it up to a good standard but lovin drivin it everyday. Let me know when's convenient to call round.

I've got the same problem, no speedo and power steering going on and off. I've got another speed sensor to be fitted but looks like a big job to do it. Let us know if you fix it.

ok i'll do that. The guy said if it doesnt work then bring the lock in and he'll match it up but dont really wana start taking the ignition off the car. The original does start the car no problem.

I got a new zed key cut today but when I tried it on the car it would open the door but not turn in the ignition. Anyone know why this is? It is a genuine nissan zx key.

I wouldn't use one again, damaged the paintwork on my car. Think the sun must have burnt the paint cus it went white in places. Its meant to be a breathable cover as well. Might be ok in winter though.

I follow the hairy bikers recipe and mix semolina with the potatoes and roast them in goose fat, perfect.

Looks like you've done a good job mate, this is the next job on my list before my new seats go in. What material did you use & what glue?

I used to collect 1:18 scale cars when I was younger but not many of them come close to this one in the detail. It's even got the roller blind in the boot, it doesn't roll though. - - - Updated - - - Everyone on here should have one!

Yeh it was me bidding with 10 seconds to go. only won it by 1p i think. didn't think I'd have to pay quite that much but glad to finally have one! Did you see the other red one that finished 2 days before? That was about £90 buy it now.

I've been looking at these. Put a few pictures up when they're fitted if you can, £350 is a bargain as long as they're a decent quality. I don't know about the red or gold writing though, black would be better on your car.

Ive just won that one on ebay. They do usually sell for around 70 to 80 quid, this one is mint aswell apparently. It is a bit steep but I've wanted one for ages so had to get it. Birthday present from the wife so I didn't pay.

We did Alcatraz last time but I would've done it again if we had more time, its really good.

We were a bit disappointed at first cus it was so foggy but think they make great pictures.
