  1. The mach loop? Always wanted to go there.
  2. Mine hasnt got them either, got a set waiting to be fitted though.
  3. Isn't that just a bumper bracket? Can buy them new.
  4. I ended up buying ducts from Canada, had to modify them slightly to get the bumper on but better than nothing
  5. Yeh hes got a 350 as well. Hes just had keith do some paint on his zed, new front & rear bumpers & skirts. Thursday should be fine mate, text me a time & I'll make sure hes there.
  6. No its mike who lives down the road from you. Hes not on here.
  7. Maybe a change of REO's for next year? Get a bit more enthusiasm arranging meets? But then members have got to turn up when they say they will. As for the what did you do with your zed thread I dont think it's used properly. We could change the name to where did you go in your zed today for some scenic pictures. Any work done on your zed then start a new thread.
  8. Definitely mate, we can arrange a driving day through north wales.
  9. I went for a little sunset cruise into north wales.
  10. I fitted an oem shifter to replace the short shifter i didnt even know I had until jimmer spotted it a few months ago. What a difference its made, I could change gear with my little finger now. Also realised that I supplied lee dent with a new set of oem shifter bushes a couple of years ago to change for me, no way he could've fitted them so something else to add to the list of things hes pinched.
  11. I know the cost of the weekend could be an issue, especially if you're down south getting up to the lakes wouldnt be cheap for fuel. But theres plenty of members in the Midlands & the north who could come for one night or for the day. I've got a young family so has coopd but we make plans almost a year in advance to make arrangements so we can go. I know things crop up & people drop out but it's such a shame only 4 cars turned up for a meet like this, especially with the effort Craig puts in to organise it.
  12. I really enjoyed this weekend. Fantastic driving on all the back roads, amazing views & avoided all the traffic & managed to avoid that sheep... only just. Was a good test for the cars but they all ran well. I was a bit worried about my stillen lip going up & down those dips & I might have cleared a few cow pats off the road with it but it was great fun. I've said this before but I dont understand why more people dont come along to this. Much more enjoyable than a static meet. Thanks Craig for organising it, I'll be back next year. Cant upload my pics as I keep getting an error, I'll put them on my Facebook instead.
  13. Really enjoyed today, I will raise my car for next year lol. Ill put some pics up tomorrow. See you tomorrow for a run out to the viaduct.
  14. That's where it bolts to the car, they were only on finger tight. Onto the subframe anyway.
  15. Another lee Dent bodge I've had to get sorted. Jim noticed a crack in my diff the last time I was there, then on the way home the diff decided to empty itself of oil. Lee hadn't tightened the bolts properly on the rear of the diff when he fitted it which caused a stress crack with it rattling around. So had to pay out again to get that sorted but all ready for the lakes tomorrow now. Fingers crossed theres no more Bent bodges on this car.
  16. Regarding the route, I'd prefer to avoid the challenging ones. The first route looks ok, we can get on the kirkstone pass in windermere to save heading towards Ambleside, going to be busy on that road like last time.
  17. My car still isn't ready, hopefully picking it up friday night so no time to clean it
  18. I wouldnt mind doing the same or similar route to last year.
  19. Tarmac would be good. I would like to do the kirkstone pass again but all the way into windermere, could be busy though. & try to find a few more stopping points for some good pictures.
  20. Jimmer fitted mine on monday
  21. Have we found Lee Bents Welsh cousin? Really did sound like him right up to the point about trade plates, lee is not that professional he doesn't even have any kind of insurance. Anyway, gona be hard to diagnose anything, if you want it done right get it to Powerzed, Jim is the only guy who knows what hes doing with these cars.
  22. What make is your flywheel?
