I have a serious chimney going on and a few people have said it is deffo turbos. Got some rebuilt ones ready to go in just had to sort out my heater bypass before I could drop it into have the work done. It was the usual story of better exhaust and decats that brought it out.

Now that i have my heater bypassed, will my AC still work? Want to put it through its MOT before i replace the turbos so that i know about anything else that is wrong with it. With the smoke issues that it has because of the turbos it won't pass but turning on the AC raises the idle enough to deal with it most of the time. Just don't want to fill the garage up with fumes.

Bloody corsa
So got the offer form the insurance company, They offered £2k for it which was ok going as I brought it for £1k and sold it to my brother for £800. After some haggling and showing the guy that the only two for sale on autotrader were both going for £3k, my brother managed to get them upto £2700 was a good result and got it brought back for £200. The whole car has been sold to another mate of mine, so don't expect a braking thread but maybe to odd bit might pop up. My brother is happy and now waiting for the cheque to arrive so that he can start shopping for a TT!

Front Vs Side Mounted Intercoolers
If we make it more specific to my needs. Japspped do a SMIC http://www.japspeed.co.uk/Nissan-300ZX/Engine-Tuning/Nissan-300ZX-Z32-Twin-Turbo-Side-Mount-Intercooler-Kit/p-18-73-1112/ FMIC http://www.japspeed.co.uk/Nissan-300ZX/Engine-Tuning/Nissan-300ZX-Front-Mount-Intercooler-Kit/p-18-73-240/ Both are about the same price I'm not running big power but am fitting some rebuilt and uprated turbos in the next few weeks and want something that runs them efficiently. I have the 89 spec bumper so it doesn't look like there is much space for the front mount to get a decent air flow. I feel this is about the same as most out there who are not chasing the big numbers but want everything running at a optimum rate.

Front Vs Side Mounted Intercoolers
Once my new turbos are in I want to uprate my intercoolers. Couldn't find a good discussion thread about which is best to go for and why, so I thought lets get one going. As a uneducated man on the subject by looking at them I was leaning towards a set of sides. There is a lot wanting an air surpply already in the middle will the air filter and both rads. But what is everyone view on it?

Zed is trying to smoke me out
Finally got my water pipes off after having a few hissy fits and having to take many breaks to let my open wounds heal. When I loop in the bypass, how good does the loop need to be for the flow? I read on some US sites that they just blank them off completely so going by this I don't need a perfect feed just connect them up and be done.
