SirMixalot, Thanks a lot for the great update. now i wonder if alternator will need to have anything done to it or is there a test for it to check its efficiency? as to see if it will cope ok or needs a MOD..

I figured that will be the fate of it after a long non-charging duration. is there a preferred ratting for zed's though? or the higher the better? as saw some 800+cca and various ah rates. are these crycial for matching to the car's electrics?

Had the car Sorn for a while. and wondered if the battery will be good with a full charge after 10-month of just the odd start. otherwise what battery will be best for a TT? also what are the pro's and cons of gel batteries on zed's?

is there any difference on Hicas Ball joints between NA/ and TT? or LWB and SWB? difference between left and right side? I am assuming there will be a distinctive difference between front and rear. though just checking for rears at the minute.

is there such a thing as pipe replacement for the brake lines? used Goodridge braided on my previous zed. which were much better than stock ones. now thinking of doing the same with my current. though wondering if there are hard pipes to eliminate any give on lines.

I have just noticed some play on the left rear wheel, as I go over potholes and small bumps at speed.. and was wondering what that could be due to? it seems to be so minor from the outside. yet while driving I feel like it is going away to the left, and then comes back on direction as usual. anyone had similar issue? it is not a loose wheel. checked nuts etc. jacked the car up, and it seems to have some minor play. not sure of it's origins though. any ideas?

Had similar thing with mine in the rain too and at 3000rpm. only while driving. no erratic idling.. wonder if need to have some sort of a splash guard of the large intake to stay dry!

I Have been thinking of wrapping parts of the car for a while. initially, i was thinking of wrapping just the two bumpers. now I am tempted to do the Bonnet and T-Bar. although there are few questions springing to mind frequently. 1: will Vinyl handle engine heat, and maintain its quality? for external bonnet use ONLY. 2: how durable and consistent is it to use. 3: does anyone here have first hand experience with this material? and your take on using it.. positives and negatives. 4: does Vinyl require lacquer application to protect? Thank you in advance. and looking forward to hearing the pro's and cons of this material :)
