  1. im sure Jeff put up a thread not long ago on something similar as being a common problem. worth a check in the tech section...
  2. Cheers Gary... Powerzed cider with every service..lol.. I think its a great idea.. yes Paul, car is home. Needs mapping now. much bigger tubs so running lean under boost... Couple of jobs to be done, slim chance I may be t TOTB...
  3. If Id known you were coming over I have hung on, be nice to catch up again.. Jim was getting his bait made.. lol.. Im down for a couple of weeks soon mate if youre about.. thinking about cider and cheese session...
  4. Just got back from Powerzed with a few goodies.. Cheers Jimmer. great family business you have, MrThomas fixing the cars, Mrs Thomas picking me up from the station, Miss Thomas making the teas and coffees and Master Thomas supplying the entertainment by the worst juggling act Ive seen in Years.. Thanks Powerzed...
  5. On my way back from Powerzed I stopped off on the M1 for a "break" and to take the roofs off. A guy comes over and starts blathering about the car, how he liked it and needed to get his back on the road.. Only turned out to be Sir Mixlaot, the Guy with the Tommy Makkinen.. spoke loads over PM but never met.. so excited I never asked his name, just called him Sir.. LOL... Good news is he has an understanding Wife and we may see the car back on the road soon....
  6. Doubt it Paul. I also have to take my bairn now to see a specialist in Newcastle on the morning. im going to get somebody to get everybody together and then come and cheer you on in the afternoon.. :-) with my pom poms, mini skirt and everything......
  7. Okay Guys, whos coming along to this so we can put the list together?
  8. Al, anyone can pay the fee and request the data requested around themselves. its part of the dpa that keeps being thrown about here. you can request data pertaining to any situation about yourself from anybody that holds data on you. That includes emails held by the group / company / organisation... dont get protective.. lol
  9. if as Bob says you decide to go to court, you can pay a nominal fee and the forum by law has to hand over all the information as requested. Thats also the same with your place of employ. you are able to request any information relating to the grievance you may have. Data protection says so. the nominal fee is about £25. if you do it just ensure you phrase what information you are after very specifically. Thats why its always a good idea to keep even back ground emails right. you could end up in prison.. :-)
  10. Couple of bits Noel... weve had some setbacks havent we. darent build my hopes up until it is mapped and you and Jim give it a clear bill of health... We can have a natter when Im down if thats okay? can register quickly if needed.. not driven the car hard in 2 years so could be like Mr Bean.. pmsl...
  11. I would love to register, just dont think im going to be ready in time.....
  12. This is why I no longer buy from the forum. ive been caught out several times (the reason my Zed has been off the road for so long) and the committee sit on the fence.. i do understand why so not a dig.. therefore I use the forum less and do a lot more research before I buy anything on here... I even avoid meets as there are certain people I dont want to bump into (I will end up banned).. its disappointing but thats life. sorry mods but you feel like you cant speak up, or cut short by people like vods who has an opinion which is wrong and closes the thread before you can have your say and you ended up looking a tit......
  13. Ill just be up for the day.. going to be a bit tight on whether Ill actually have my car completed... ill just have to cheer you Guys on..
  14. would have loved this 18 months ago. great idea....
