That's the way they do it these days. I had fairly major surgery last year. Back from the theatre at 5pm, discharged at 9.30 the next morning. Hope everything goes ok. Onwards and upwards!!

I smoke the house out every time I make steak and I can't reach the kitchen window to let it escape! Fillet steak ain't cheap tho! My brother was house sitting my mums house and managed to burn the laminate work surface in her brand new kitchen so at least your not alone! He realise he had the grill on instead of the oven and put the chicken on the side while he worked out the cooker. Must be a man thing!!

It would be much fairer if they added road tax to petrol. We pay so much tax on it already it wouldn't make much difference. Then if you did fewer miles or drove a poxy little car you pay less. Everybody would pay something and you couldn't dodge it. ( unless you drove off from the petrol station without paying!)

I have a marine tank. It was tricky to set up but it now needs minimal maintenance. You have to do regular partial water changes and checks. It's more like a rock pool tho. No corals and only a few fish but plenty of shrimp and crabs, and a pair of sea horses

I always wanted a manta but finished up buying a sunny zx coupe instead.

No. It's full of mum stuff and summer tyres.

I've put Zeb in the middle of my mums front garden, on her wide drive, as far away from trees and slates as possible. Hoping for the best.
