Its hard when you are given life changing news, and even if you are aware it's in the pipeline, it's still difficult to take in when it actually happens. Give yourself time to get your head around it. I know how you feel as I have been going thru some major medical issues myself this year. I always find it helpful to try to find a positive from the negative, in fact I wouldn't leave the hospital grounds until I had found something to smile about no matter how grim the news had been. Will this op reduce your pain / discomfort levels? I'm sure in reality once you get used to things you will take it in your stride x

Yes. Only spotted it once before it dropped to zero a few days later. Still not had it fixed yet. I just downloaded Speedbox app on my iPhone and use that as a back up for when the speedo is AWOL

Yeah! Time really does fly by when you're the driver of a train. Unless it breaks down or something else goes wrong!!

I've worked on the railway for 12 years. 1st as a guard then a train driver. Before that I was a beauty therapist for 13 years. Slightly different careers!!

Well, my seahorses have just had about about 30 babies! :biggrin: of course now I'm gonna be worrying and hoping they can avoid the crabs and fish until they've grown a bit :scared:
