I bought a screen of ebay, (not a lilliput) It came with an enclosure that, if you cut the centre bar out of your double din aparture it fits quite snugly, Ill try and find the link for you, I think it was about £120

dont know!!! Ive got a set of twin air horns coz my origional one sounded like it came from a noddy car!, Theres a relay with the kit and it shows 2 different methods of wiring one for a 'horn button connected to positive' and the other...'horn button connected to negative' . The instructions say....'Origional horn circuit may be positive activated, or ground activated. Determine your circuit by connecting a test lamp lead to ground and the other lead to first 1 and then the other origional horn wires. If one of the wires carries current (ie the lamp lights up)you have grounded horn button, if not you have positive. I dont have a tester or for that matter a battery or even a steering column at the mo!!

Is the horn button on a zed positive or negative?

How the hell do I get the electrical connection apart on the MAF? tried pushing and pulling and cursing it, dont want to use too much of the 'wrong' movements and fook the wiring, Is there a link with pretty pictures for the totaly stupid among us?? (me !!!)

Dont want to remove the reflector, just cant decide weather to remove the RED lense as well as the amber, Ill let this run for a while and see how many rear light combinations get posted up before I make my decision, so pics please folks. Cant carry on with the conversion at the mo anyway as im waiting for my fingers to stop throbbing!!

just to add, if theres any budding criminals out there I would recommend this conversion before you go out on a robbery......Ive now got no fingerprints and that was wearing gloves :headvswal :headvswal

Just taken my rear lights apart and was wondering, should I just change the orenge lens to clear, or the orange and red? I know im gonna need new bulbs if I do the full swap, also is it best to leave the reflectors white or should I paint em silver, this isnt for personal choice, its just when you look at most lense conversions they only seem to show changing the orange lense but my red one looks a lot reder than most completed ones, Ive got the oven on at the mo so this is a bit rushed hope you can understand it
