It's hardly the ptu, is yours the newer series 2 type? As far as I know this triggers the coilpacks and can be intermittent, just an off chance..

The abs is giving trouble on my 90 tt swb, I have narrowed it down to the control unit. I've a 96 na 300zx that's a breaker, I looked behind rear seat but couldn't see the abs unit, question is have some zed's no abs or am I looking in wrong place?

In relation to my other tread think it was uncalled for locking the tread up like that. It was a genuine question and not a for sale tread. I did look on line for a guide price for these alloys but had no luck. The fact I live in Ireland should be proof enough that I wasn't going to sell a set of alloys and tires on a uk site with shipping costs etc any way, rant over. Il get subbed up again shortly but not for selling

Getting a set of alloys refurbed, there nearly done just need to put the bolts back on the rims and get the tires back on, what do you guys think there worth when finished? There 17's Impul rs and will be mint when finished.

Checked this with the multimeter and getting 8 ohms between the two terminals so it looks like the control unit needs replacing, thanks for the help lads

Ya Gary just cheaked break fluid all good. @ Andrew I checked the 3 different fuses for abs, there all fine. Done the diagnostic cheak where ya drive the car above 20 mph for 60 seconds+ and iam getting 1 flash in the abs Ecu now.

Hello all, the abs light is staying on all the time, it's bein like this since I bought the car, done the diagnostics cheak and iam getting 1 flash, right front actuator solenoid, what exactly is this? Where do I go from here? Quick replys welcome as the car is pulled apart!

Will try my best to make this,won't ever see as many zed's in the one place again, can't see to many left on the road for the 50th anniversary!! Now to cheak ferry costs..

Thanks for the help lads, iam useless when it comes to offsets and wheels.. There racing hart cx 5 spokes, I've only seen pictures of them, they need a full refurb, going to view them in the next few days to see what there like. Mite work out cheaper to just buy a clean set..we'll see!

Quick question, going to look at a set of racing hart alloys, there 18's 9.5 inch all around and offset is 28,how would these fit on the z?
