take out rear plastics back and sides 3 10 mm down each side and about 10 10mm across the back there is two 10mm one at each side bottom of bumper wheel arch and there mite be some fixings behind number plate allso there is a 10mm where bumper meets body going up wards hardest one to do better with wheels off but u can do it with them on i did give them some wd 40 first

wen i got my z about 1 month after box went so rang a couple of z specalists one say this that and the outher one says some thing else ? including uprating the box to take x amount of bhp faster shifts thro box ect any way in the end rang a local gear box place that ive used for years he said yea he could do all the work and mod the box so off it went to him did not ask how long 2days later rang me u come and get it its done bin fine not a problem thing to do from day one of buying a z 1 put a cooler on it! ( he say this) 2 change the box oil and do fillters ( dont put it off ) 3 chek oil cooler lines or change them as well the heat that is put out from the box is massive plus exhaust pipes runing so close to the box, transmision tunnel used to get red hot still get hot not as bad tho
