  1. yes my wife has the grip of death when it comes to hairy things .. she likes the zed but not going side ways around corners and round abouts ... once she grabbed the gear stick as i was coming over a hump back bridge tuck it out of gear went to throttle and just revv'd the tits out of the engine
  2. there is now a post in the sale section to order these Mark
  3. yeah .. i'm not saying my van wouldnt pull it but its more of the getting dun by the fuzz due to exceeding the tow weight with the 300 having a dead weight of 1580 this means most cars/vans have a towing weight of around 600>700 non braked and 1000>1200 Braked ( trailored ) so its not just a little over weight its all most twice as much as with a A frame its classed as None Braked Towing

  7. Radio £40 Servo £10 Motor/Speed controllor ( brushless ) 9T £69.99 Combo Battery £16>£50 depends on what u need or want Charger £25>£70 depends on what battery option u go for oh and a set of Drift wheels £14.99 this is from me but saying that if u didnt drift it with the brushless set up and a 3 cell lipo the car will do around 50>60mph !

  9. i watched all 3 there ok but shes a dumb ass .. Skidding .. lol = Drifting
  10. Drifting an RC car is much harder than u think .. i spent 6 months doing it .. gave up in the end due to bordem there all 4x4 cars with very low grip wheels all most like an ABS plastic some of the cars even have the motor mounted at the front to make them Light on the back end Tamiya tt01d is the basic entry level kit HPI Sprint-D is better oil filled shocks / ballraced / Belt driven much smoother on speed alot of the other drivers use 1/10th Racing cars like Xray-t2/t3 or schumacher mi3.5/4 and de-tune them to drift
  11. nice i didnt know tamiya did these i can supply them cheaper than that
  12. just to say thank you i got my Pack today Mark
  13. nice ..
  14. yes but if the weight of the car your towing exceeds the max tow weight of the car/van your driving then you can get in to some bad doo doo if you get pull by the fuzz when it comes to traillors or dollys then you have to take that in to account with the weight of the car your putting on it .. some one correct me if i'm wrong
  15. you mean u carnt tow a Auto :) and my car is manual
  16. lol ... my van isnt going to win anything .. or maybe the crappiest van there
  17. oh well thats out ... then was planning on putting a towbar on the van and towing the car to shows/track
  18. i would like to tow my 300 with an A-frame i have a citreon dispatch 1.9d van ( 1999 ) trying to make out all the Specs doesn any one know of hand the towing capacity of my can and the dead weight of the car ? Mark

  20. the light is flashing right ?
  21. set the gun to 0* as your changing the timing on the car ... make sure u shine the light at the top of the crank pully if your still having a hard time seeing the marker turn the crank manualy or in 4th gear untill u see it and then use some tip-x/white paint ( small amount ) to remark it and the gun will lighten it up better when u time it up ..
  22. you need a 20>35w iron .. you get the crimp and Tin it .. by heating up with iron and adding sole solder .. then you strip your wire Tin it the same way cut down to the right lenth .. put it on the crimp and add the iron to solder it togeather u can add some more solder at this point all so u can crimp it before soldering or after i have never had any problems with connections like that and i solder stuff like this evey day
  23. yep solder is the best thing to do ..
