yes i saw the bit about plastic end tanks.i emailed him about this one and he has some n/a ones aswell. so are the oem ones plastic end tanks aswell if so that is where mine is leaking. what would you put on it???

ok .got datascan from group buy the other day and it doesnt connect to my ecu. so thinking it might be cable or software i met up with someone who else has datascan and after 15 mins of testing ,his datascan didnt work on mine aswell but my datascan worked on his etc. he has also tryed it on his mates tt and it doesnt work on that also. but the strange thing is both cars that it doesnt work on have had a consult put on them not long ago and that was fine. the only difference to the car it works on is thats a series 1 and the others are series 2 one being a n/a. i have contacted blazt and they dont know yet and looking into it . thanks

cold the lead be faulty as i saw someone else on here had a faulty one that caused the same problem

have looked at the website spent 2 days on it so far even taking to someone at blazt and they dont know why. havent got any other usb device on laptop.tested my plug on car and theres power there. yes got corrected port like i said tried two pcs and the same thing happens. can some one tell me what they drives say please just to see it matches mine.dont know what else to try..HELP

i have just connected my home pc to car which i installed datascan to in 1st place and still the same. im now thinking if the drivers have been installed ok ?? when i download off the site it does it for you but if you open file there a win file that you can also install more files which go to program files folder i have done this and still no luck. it does say its working ok is this correct??

got my datascan now but cant get it to connect to car. i have installed drives for the usb cable and checked port number and changed in datascan software but when i click connect nothing happens . i installed the drives again even the datascan software and still the same. i had a consult on my car a few monts back so i know the plug is ok. any ideas as its peeing me off now kev

very intersting as i live in wymondham and go to attleborough all the time and have never seen or heard of a n reg in area .hopefully someone on here
