If its a solid red use a 2k paint, its much easier and more forgiving than a basecoat and then clearcoat, can be wet flatted with 2000 grit when hard then machine polished for a mirror finish.

More than likely sticking caliper, the one with the lowest reading will indicate which side.

I find that some of the parts that come up for sale are just what you want, but, a bit more than you have available at that time. So I tend to offer what I can afford then, and hope for the best. if its not enough, you have to wait till you've got enough and by then they are usually gone. How many posts have you seen where the buyer asks if they could pay at the end of the month rather than lose the item. Its not to be mean or nasty, or that the item isnt worth what your asking, but money is tight for alot of people. Just my opinion as i see it.

I think we said approx 3pm, with the intention of doing the lake shortly after, then barby for 4.30 / 5 ish. If we hav'nt got enough zeds to do the scenic run then it will be more time to eat and drink lol. Its not anything fancy just some time to relax/chat/eat and drink, so theres no pressure to bring your car, just turn up and enjoy yourselves.
