boost pressure
all, Jeff at Zedworld ran a diagnostic for me, it turns out the car is stuck in safety boost due to a failed Dett sensor, its okay to drive just not developing is full power etc, this combined with a failed thermostat is also making the engine run cold and be stuck in in cold mode i.e it is drinking fuel . ive now booked it in for a new cam belt and the other issues will be attended to at the same time. boost pressure
Yes Tudor the car did perform differently, when not boosting fully i had 2 thirds off full gauge, when boosting fully it was nigh on at the top of the gauge. yes it is the original gauge .....car starts , runs ( whether boosting fully or not ) well and smoothly, idles absolutely fine etc etc

headlight adjusters refurb
More help needed, i understand that it is possible to refurbish the adjusters on 300 ZX headlights, ive just tried to re align mine and the rotten things turn but do nothing at all to the headlight beam, can anybody give me a decent procedure on how to Remove the headlights from the car as it seems to be a nightmare job, and where i can buy a decent set of gears to refurb the adjuster units, ( im told Tamiya model gears may work but need a lot more info ) any help very gratefully received thank you Neil

Headlight bulbs
gents, i now want to improve the high level beam, as you would expect when swapping from dip beam to high the effect is dramatic, white light to yellow, not a good mix, can anybody advise what i should be installing???, should i simply change the type and output of the bulb without going to HID if so, thoughts on Wattage , make , type and supplier etc etc, can i run two bulbs from 1 HID ballast ???? if so where can i get the necessary adaptors and necessary bulbs, the units i put onto the dip were 6000 white lights, it also seems that the low beam goes out when switching to high beam , is this normal ???, thanks

digital clock
any ideas on why the factory fitted LCD clock in my 93 nissan keeps resetting itself to 01:00, its getting to be that every time i get in the car it needs setting to the right time, which it then keeps until the car is next used ...

right then, any idea where the rear one is located, its either the pump at fault as i cant hear it when i press the mist button, the switch or a break in the circuit somewhere, ive checked the nozzles and they seem clean ( pushed a pin in them)
